We stayed 1 night. The room was big and comfortable. The wooden floor a bit noisy. We had a fair view of the valley. The hotel is downtown and walkable to bars and restaurants. The food was standard tourist fare typical of Bhutan's view of tourism. Overall, comfortable but not special.

Though the hotel is 4 star. But there was no hot water in bathroom even after requesting repeated times, no solution got, we hv baby with us, we had took bath in cold water. Though the staff were polite, modest

Central location right on the main road. Big rooms with spacious bathroom. Rooms, public places, restaurant were clean, neat and tidy. Helpful staff. Sharmila at the reception and Tina in the restaurant were very helpful. From the room one could see the road below and mountains around. Quality of food in the restaurant could be better. Go little late but in time and regular items like butter and jam will vanish until requested replenishment arrives.

A tidy hotel if a lot underused. We were only one of about 3 groups staying the night. The hotel is close to the centre of Thimphu and within easy walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean tidy and comfortable with all facilities required

J ai une très belle chambre spacieuse avec une très belle vue. Le dîner était trop bon le petit dej l était encore plus sans parler de l excellent service ils sont tous souriants agréable. Petit incident hier en arrivant on voulait se reposer mais y avait trop de bruit ils ont décidé de faire des travaux mais ils ont arrêté dès que je me suis plains à la réception chose que je ai beaucoup apprécié. Un très bel hôtel excellent service je le recommande
