Perfect room for my daughter and I. Liked the view and proximity to the sea. Good room layout and spacious. Interesting breakfast choices.

Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (**) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by.

The Mumbles is a lovely place but the parking is a nightmare most of the time but parking is available when it is less busy in the evening. We stayed in room 6b with fantastic views over the bay from our Juliette balcony. It’s a top floor room so be prepared for a walk up stairs but so well worth it. Fantastic room with lots of space and lovely bathroom with bath and shower. Everything has been catered for with all the amenities you will need . Really liked the breakfast touch with cereals, yogurt, juice and welsh cakes. Thanks for the easy key collection and sunny weather. Very comfortable accomodation and a lovely break.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property owner obviously thought of every need one might have. From the towels to the tea to the nicely stocked breakfast. We had a wonderful view from 5B, a super bed and it was quiet. Along the stair landings were books, dog biscuits, wine corkscrews and even a sewing kit. A big thanks to Patrick.
