Service was really bad. The bedsheet was torn, there were bugs and bug droppings in the bathroom, ironing board was broken and we were asked to use the bed as an ironing board. Only one towel was provided and it was dirty. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

The hotel is no frill place with a great location. It's a short walk away from Grand Anse Beach. You can reach St George by frequent buses from outside the hotel. I had no major complaints about the hotel aside from the water issue. It was on and off during my stay. I'm not a fussy traveler but the water issue is about hygiene so it was a bit annoying. I hope this is not a permanent issue with the hotel. I would still recommend the place for the value for the money.

The time for canceling had goon so we were cautched in a trap, but the management called it upgrade. When we arrived at the airport, we got a message that we had been moved to their second hotel: Bay house, -- but no credible cause was given. Bay house hotel is located rather isolated; and height up in the mountains – in the outskirts of the community. We had chosen this hotel because we wanted to stay centrally and near St George. When we arrived to The Bay house, the restaurant was closed, so it was not possible to get any food. Having to move to the hotel, which we had originally booked took time and ruined most of the next day.

One night convince stay waiting for InterCaribbean flight the following day. Good location for airport access and easy walking distance to highly recommended Coconut Beach restaurant. Good communication, with details of local taxi provided in advance of stay. Front desk staff seemed rather disorganised upon our arrival. There are no lifts and there were no offers of assistance with heavy bags up the narrow stairs. Room clean but basic and decidedly tired.

Was there for a couple hours. I been there previously and it was amazing. It's close the road but I barely heard a sound. Rooms are self contained and there is also a pool. I never tried the pool cause I always end up sleeping all day. But I'll recommend.

A small, local hotel near the beach on the main road that offered a clean, comfortable room at a good price with easy access to things. You can catch a bus in front or easily walk to the store, restaurants and vendors that are near. The people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The small pool was kept clean and was great for a refreshing dip in the water. The reviews warned of noise as it's located on the main road but it was actually much quieter inside of the room than we expected and we were not bothered by noise. It was a concern as my husband has sleep issues but even he says he was not bothered by noise outside as he slept. It was also enjoyable to have a balcony and just watch the traffic and games being played in the courts across the street. It was a great value and I would especially recommend for a budget traveler. The only semi-negative thing I would say is that we weren't provided with washcloths or many towels but I probably could have asked for more and been supplied with them. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Terrific location right across the entrance to Grand Anse Beach and on the main road so easy to catch a local bus into St George's for EC$2.5 (1 USD). This is a budget hotel. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough. Every room has a balcony or patio although the view is of the main road and parking lot/basketball courts across the street rather than the beach. There is some noise from the main road but nothing too bad, but it might be worth having some ear plugs. There is an ATM and supermarket just a 5 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again because of the location and the rate charged offered excellent value.

This hotel is a disgrace. The rooms are very basic, and have broken fixtures & fittings such as wardrobe doors that are falling off and balcony doors that do not lock. The cleaning in the rooms also leaves a lot to be desired - the toilet in our bathroom looked like it had never seen a toilet brush! I went with some friends in November to celebrate my birthday and was truly shocked when we checked in. The photos on the website are not representative of the rooms which are not fit for purpose. We decided to check out and found somewhere much more suitable in Grand Anse at the same price. Upon hearing from me how bad the hotel was, one of my friends who was coming out to Grenada to join me there for my birthday, cancelled her 4 night reservation, 4 days before she was due to arrive. The management behaved very unprofessionally and took full payment on her credit card for her 4 night stay, even though she was never advised of any cancellation policy. She has tried to get the money back but the hotel have refused to do this. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and would never make another booking there. The only good thing about this hotel is its location opposite Grand Anse beach

This is a Warm, Welcoming and safe place, hosted by wonderful and respectfulpeople who take pride in what they do and love it like it was their own. To put down in words the 2 weeks we spent here would be a daunting task. From the moment we checked in and we met Sharon at the front desk, she was cordial and helpful, all the way until we left 14 days later. There is a few more workers who are always busy and attentive but keep to themselves, and then there is Rashid, with his soft manners, always smiling and helpful, we really enjoyed meeting and getting to know him. Thank you. DeShawn was another wonderful young man who helped us every time we needed anything. He sat down and played cards with us in the back lounge, making our evenings a bit more homey and a bit more familiar. The Hotel is gorgeously painted and the rooms, although simple, are clean and offer everything you may need for a longer stay. There is a community kitchen in the back that you can use and others use, you just clean it after you use it and that way it stays clean. It has all the basic tools to cook yourself great meals. This is a simple establishment for people who can enjoy a vacation without the fancy wasteful needs of a cruiseship or a giant resort. There is plenty of way more expensive options nearby that could fit other travelers better, but it was perfect for us. This is a clean warm and welcoming, family ran place that you can use as your Basecamp if you like to spend entire days under a palm tree on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Grand Anse Beach is a short 2 minute walk across the street. Enjoy it. Be grateful for this simple hotel being there. Thank you, Sharon, Rashid and DeShawn for making our time in your home even better for us. Until next time! Vic, Anna and Andre
