Will be back
Great customer service from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. I do wish the air conditioner worked better. We had it on the lowest "55" but it blew hot air.

Suites nice, but annoying check in.
First checkin, the window shade was broken in the otherwise nice suite. I was temporarily charged more for a downgrade replacement room (the non suite rooms are not nice). That room also had a broken window shade. The third room was back in a suite, and was very comfortable. This process was ridiculous though.

Nice location next to the river right off the highway. Plenty of parking with a gas station and convenience store next to the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The lobby, restaurant, rooms, and area was beautiful, and it is somewhere we’d love to stay again!
The only couple things I’d share is:
1. The tru cleanliness in the room. It looked great and saw how hard they work, but when we put our baby down to crawl, her hands, legs, and feet turned black. It for sure wasn’t moped even close to recently.
2. When I checked out and and waited for someone to show up (being 4am, I get that), I asked for a laundry bag and was told no. Then I asked for a garbage bag (for wet laundry from pool), he looked, then said “couldn’t find one and would have to walk to the hall closet. So I waited to hear and after staring said “so you can check?” He replied “yeah, but it will be a bit”. I was shocked and said I’ll just find something. Was kind of disappointed in the lack of help, so washed the bag from the dinner the night before to hold our things.

The room was clean and comfy, the service was excellent but the hot water in the shower was not hot. The staff knew and apologized.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I had shampoo but no bathing soap. I made do, so it wasn't that hard to get by. The big issue I had was that I went to take a walk on the trail towards the water and stumbled onto a homeless tent. I ran back to the room and didn't feel safe enough to get out and stretch my legs. Yikes!!!

The room was clean and spacious. I liked the set up of the room, 2 sinks room to spread out and a comfortablebed. The stafff was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely refer it to a friend.
