Room Size and Facilities: The rooms are spacious and feature a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare meals using nearby supermarket supplies. Many reviewers highlighted the availability of flatware, lighting options, and a modern, clean layout.

There were roaches every where outside of the property. Found some in our room. Offered to exterminate, but that should be done on a regular basis. The cards did not always work on the outside gates or pool gates. The back door from pool to the lobby seemed to never work with physical or digital card. Grills were very difficult to light.

I spent 21 nights at this hotel for work. I would never book it again. Hilton honors status means absolutely nothing at this hotel. I had already booked my entire stay so I attempted to make the best of of it……..unfortunately it was still miserable. The beds are hard as a rock. I asked for an extra comforter or pad to soften the bed but was told they didn’t have anything. Everything you ask for or any issues you have will be dismissed. Every room I stayed in had something broken. This hotel won’t carry the Hilton name very long with the way it is being managed. They literally have an excuse for everything. They have also started charging for parking, obviously a money grab as there is plentiful parking in this area. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are much better Hilton options in the area.
