We had a great experience at Alexandra! We came for our honeymoon and loved it. The grounds are well kept and beautiful and there is a ton to do both on and off resort. We did have a few experiences with staff who were a bit rude when we asked questions (we’ve never been to an all inclusive resort) but most folks were great! Specifically Skyers, Nathaly, Kimron, and Tash, were phenomenal! Skyers and Nathaly were great bartenders who were great company. Kimron and Tash ran the entertainment and were great personalities to watch and to chat with. If you have the chance to come here, do it!

Our stay at the Alexandra Resort was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and care made our vacation relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free. I want to give a shout out to Cheeky in particular for being amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking for a family friendly resort especially to take your little ones , I would I highly recommend this resort. They have a great kids club where you can drop off the kids and the kids can do fun crafts or play video games . They have fun activities everyday for the family to enjoy . We went with a group of 14 adults and 2 kids . We had a great time everyone was very accommodating from the staff to the chefs . I would like to give a special thanks to James and his team , he was very accommodating to my family by making us delicious Indian meals because we are vegetarian. We felt like we were enjoying meals at home . The beach at the resort was very clean my son loved swimming in the water . It was crystal clear water no seaweed. They had fun activities at the beach some were included and some you had to pay for. The pool at the resort was nice , awesome drinks and fun pool activities. The rooms were very clean . I can say that I definitely enjoyed my stay at this resort. Thank you everyone here at making my family’s stay a great one. ❤️Ishita & Family

Stayed a week at Alexandra Resort. Check in was easy. The food is good at the restaurants. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful. The beach is amazing and beautiful. The pool is large with a swim up bar. There’s nightly entertainment and afternoon beach activities. Drinks are good and they don’t skimp on the alcohol. Local beer is good too. All the staff works very hard. From the bartenders to the cooks to the groundskeepers and housekeeping. The resort is kept clean and orderly. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to: Tash and Kimron. They are great entertainers and good to talk to. Very friendly. Skyers works the bar tirelessly. He’s always happy. Good to talk to and handles multiple orders with an amazing memory. He makes really good drinks. Of course our favorite is Kaelin! She is so pleasant to talk to and makes the best drinks! No matter where we were- beach, pool, restaurant- I always looked for her and returned to the bar she was working. It’s 100% worth it to make the journey to where she is. She was our favorite. Thank you Kaelin- it was very nice to meet you. Hope you’re there when we come back. Already planning a return to Alexandra for the winter. I loved the resort and the beach but it was the staff that made it a great vacation.

We had the absolute best time at the Alexandra Resort! We went with our 6 year old and they had plenty for her to do! The staff is SO friendly and beyond accommodating! We stayed in a one bedroom “garden view” but had a phenomenal view of the pool and beach! Speaking of the beach… WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!! 10/10 would recommend we can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great vacation staying at the Alexandra resort. The food was all good. The drinks were wonderful. I loved that they had a smoothie bar that you could get protein shakes anytime of the day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was smaller than we anticipated, but it was OK because we literally were in there just to sleep. The only negative thing for me was the bed was very hard. Most places we’ve stayed have had a pillow top mattress that was very comfortable, but housekeeping was very accommodating and actually brought me an extra comforter that I folded up and laid on my side of the bed, which made it more tolerable

Tasha, Barbie, Shaq, Farrar, Mary and so many others were amazing to us! We love them and can’t wait to come back! If you want to be treated like family, this is the place to go! Even in the rain, this place and the workers will keep you smiling and laughing while enjoying great food and company.
