We just checked out of The Palms today and want to share this positive review. The property is amazing. The location on Grace Bay Beach is really nice. We Admit that this is our first trip to Turks, but I was careful to read the reviews and felt like The Palms would be a good choice for our tastes. It was all that and more
I’ve read a few reviews to say the property was dated, but we didn’t think so at all. It has an elegant Caribbean vibe. Lots of stone and marble used everywhere. Our junior sweet was perfect offering plenty of room to stretch out. The balcony overlooked a shady garden and honestly, we loved the reprive from the heat and sun having spent our whole day by the beach and pool We ate at the resort a few nights and thought the food was very good. The completely breakfast is fantastic. We will miss the hospitality of the Turks staff as they went out of their way to be sure you had all you needed
We will return to The Palms for sure

We had a wonderful combination anniversary/birthday stay at The Palms. Just a beautiful resort throughout with fantastic views of Grace Bay. We had a butler assigned to us named Evelson. He was fantastic and made the vacation that much more special.

The Palms is the most magical place we have ever stayed and we love going back! We still talk about how kind Freddie was to us when we got engaged in Turks! She made us feel so special, and we still talk about her often. Jane greeted us at breakfast every morning so kindly, and Oats made the beach bar a highlight of our trip - we loved talking football with him! We look forward to coming back soon!!

Came to the Palms for a romantic getaway to celebrate our anniversary in early August 2025. The entire trip was amazing! The grounds were immaculate, the food was delicious, and every employee we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. We would like to give special mention to a few employees that made our visit at the Palms extra special. Arlean Brown greeted us every morning with a warm welcome to start our day in the breakfast garden. She made an extra effort to go out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. By the end of our visit we were sharing photos and family stories. Jane S. was the hostess at breakfast and occasionally at dinner. She always greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Rockell was our server at Parallel23 on multiple nights. Her service was top notch. She was friendly, attentive and made our dining experience forever memorable. Last but not least, Othneil and the beach crew were incredibly friendly, responsive and wiling to go the extra mile to please anyone on the beach. I witnessed Othneil making the trek to the on-property convenience store to purchase ice cream for a young child. His mom was filled with joy that he was willing to go to such great lengths to make her child happy. We would highly recommend The Palms to anyone seeking a 5-star resort experience in the British West Indies. We look forward to returning again someday.

We had the best stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos! We celebrated my parents 30th anniversary and were very pleased with the service! Paula at the beach bar, Zeljko at the beach bar, and Remy our butler made our stay memorable. The beach had the most amazing water and Oats served us the best drinks on the beach. We will definitely be coming back to stay! Everyone should vacation at The Palms!

I recently stayed at the promise which is a beautiful hotel located right on Grace Bay beach. My stay wa amazing.Parallel 23 which is located within the hotel was great. Parallel 23 is a very high end restaurant with a very nice homey feel to it. The staff couldn't be any nicer and our dishes were delicious. Jana welcomed us to the with open arms and Tshard couldn't be more accommodating. It is pricey but everything on the island is. The portions were large and the food was very flavorful. On Friday and Saturday nights there is a singer that place outside. I would definitely try to go when visiting the island. There is also a complimentary breakfast every morning. Reasa Louis took care of us and was friendly and accommodating. There were vast amounts of dishes that were offered for breakfast as well as an omelet station. The rooms are large and kept extremely clean. The pool area is beautiful and the beach itself is beautiful as well. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The Palms is beautiful! The pool is great & the beach at Grace Bay is pristine with a white sand beach & crystal clear turquoise water. The location is perfect with snorkeling just down the beach, complimentary bike rental, and close proximity to most everything. The rooms are well-appointed & the bed/pillows were so comfortable. We enjoyed excellent food & service throughout our stay as well. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast (included) each morning. Jane, the hostess, greeted & seated us with a smile. Angeline & Mona cooked our omelets made to order. Reasa & Erlie provided excellent service & kept the fresh coffee coming. Shanel & Ana at the concierge desk gave us fabulous recommendations for activities & restaurants. Best beach vacay ever!

We recently stayed at the Palms in Turks and Caicos and had a fabulous experience. The beach, the pool, the architecture, and the staff were all sensational. One staff member, in particular, really made our stay special...his name is Evelson and we were lucky enough to have him assigned to us at check in to help out with daily planning, excursions, etc. Evelson is personable, kind, knowledgable and a class act all the way. If you book the Palms (and you should!) request Evelson. He's incredible!
