Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa All Inclusive

My family and I will never stay at another Beaches/Sandals location again. Traveled to Turks in July 2025 (repeat vacation from 2024) with another family which we invited (based off a great trip the previous year). Booked at hotel prior to leaving and upsold us to a walkout room. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were placed in a room that had construction to the front, left, right, and back of the room and a two story fence with plastic scenery on both sides - plus construction workers could look directly into your room, the gate to enter the worksite was next to our room, heavy machinery would wake you up before 7am each day. When asked to relocate, we were told - had to wait several days until someone else checked out. The resort had pages of guests to relocate - so they will put you in these rooms for a couple days and constantly shuffle people. The initial room is not the same as any of the rooms on the website when you check in - extremely old, bathtub leaks, door does not lock on bathroom, does not have the same amenities - this website does not allow you to upload videos - but I will try to find another site for this. The front desk is horrible to deal with - they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you out of the lobby and away from other guests. My family and I booked the hotel 365 days prior and the resort did not inform us of the potential construction. I will use my word of mouth and the travel agents I work with to spread my experience. Words cannot adequately express my frustration with this place and the front desk workers. Management will hide behind the least qualified person at the desk and not deal directly with anyone. Horrible place.

This was my first time to Turks and Caicos and I decided to go with Beaches because it had a lot of stuff on the resort not to mention the all-inclusive, which is always the best part. When my party and I arrived there, the grounds were beautiful and the first people we met were great. We did have to wait between 30 to 40 minutes before we were able to get to our room and we did check in at 3 which is the time you were supposed to check in. Once we finally got to our room, we definitely noticed right away the smell. It smelled musty. It wasn’t the best smell. We definitely noticed a lot of things right away. The room definitely needed a lot of updates, it was very run down. We have been to other places around the world paying way less and had a lot more in the room and definitely was updated with the time we are living in. We were told we were gonna have queen size beds and instead, they were full size beds. The decor was not bad, but for the money we paid everything should’ve definitely been updated. One of the beds the bed post was broken. And you can tell this, not only by looking at it, but by seeing that it was crooked. There was also definitely not a lot of outlets. By the beds, there was only two outlets one on the side of one bed and one behind the other bed. This was a very expensive trip. Each person paid just slightly over US$4000. There was no balcony And we stayed in the French village. I did speak to another guest who stayed at the Caribbean village and they said the same thing about their room that it definitely needed to be updated. The good thing about the resort was that there was a lot of places to eat, and the food was OK. Some places the food was amazing and others was just OK. The service on the resort was not what I expected because about 98% of the workers definitely did not look like or act like they wanted to be there and they weren’t the friendliest. A lot of them had attitudes and that kind of ruined the vacation for me and my party. At the end of the day if you don’t like your job, find another one or just fake it because we spent a lot of money to be there and if it wasn’t for tourism they would have nothing. The 2% that were nice they were amazing and did smile and interact with us. They were amazing. They were friendly and really cared so thank you to them.What was great was that they did have golf carts that a driver drove us around if needed to get to other locations on the resort because the resort is big and for myself and someone else in my party we have a lot of back issues so that definitely helped. There was a couple of times where we did have to ask for toilet paper because they would only give us one and with four people in the room 1 was not gonna cut it. Another thing that was weird and has never happened to us before was that there was no pen or paper in the room which we needed and we had to go to the check-in lobby to ask them for a pen and paper and they gave us one of their pens and computer paper.

We check out tomorrow, and I feel compelled to say this was by far the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. I will never return, and I’ll make sure others know to steer clear as well. TripAdvisor, Google, 5 Facebook groups, and my social media followers. We spent $13,000 for 5 nights in an Italian Village family walkout room—an obscene amount for what turned out to be an absolute nightmare. You’d think having a walkout to the main pool would be ideal. Instead, we were blasted with deafening pool DJ music for over 4 hours a day. Even with earplugs in, it was unbearable. My young kids and I couldn’t nap. Our first dinner at Reflections buffet? Disgusting. Hot dogs floating in murky water, visibly two different colors. The clams? Completely rancid—had to spit them out. It was inedible. Selection of food was poor. Food was old and clearly been sitting out The next morning at Barefoot by the Sea, we were swarmed by seagulls over breakfast.. It was horrifying for the kids and completely unsanitary. Staff stood by and did nothing. Throughout the stay, staff interaction was mostly cold and disinterested. They rarely smiled or acknowledged guests. The only way we got decent service was by tipping constantly—be prepared to bring a fistful of $1 bills. Dinner at Kimonos? What a joke. The food was fine, but the chef didn’t even try to engage. No jokes, no songs—just cooked and left. Meanwhile, we could hear other tables having a great time. Ours was dead silent. The floor was so greasy it was dangerous. Do not wear heels—it’s a serious safety hazard, especially for kids. The chairs slide across the floor like an ice skating rink. Don’t even think about walking barefoot on the grass—fire ants will bite. And prepare to get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Even inside our room, despite keeping doors shut, we woke up covered in bites. I am literally getting bit as I write this review. I can see the mosquitoes above my bed waiting to attack myself and young kids. I literally hate being in my room because I am constantly being bit. Outside is no better though. There is nowhere to escape. Housekeeping and maintenance will leave the doors wide open every time they come in, letting more mosquitos in. I asked concierge to have the room sprayed each time house keeping comes by—they clearly didn’t. At Sky breakfast, I specifically asked to be seated in the shade, I even saw an empty table in shade that I started to walk towards. The hostess purposely stuck us at table in the sunlight. We left early because the kids were dying of heat I was getting sun burned because I didn’t think to put sunblock on at 8am. Basic hospitality failed. Power outages? Yep. First night, quick flicker. Second night, two outages. This one happened during us trying to do laundry, we had to start the entire load over again because the washer never came back after the power outage. The workers that were near the washrooms are amazingly good at cleaning the floor and the property and was very respectful to me and my sister. Made our Experience returning back to Turks and Caicos excellent. The guys were wardley and walkinson

We recently celebrated our 40th birthday trip at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the pristine beaches to the luxurious accommodations, every detail was meticulously crafted to ensure an unforgettable experience. A highlight of our stay was the vibrant nightlife, particularly the karaoke and music nights. Kayle, who orchestrated these events, was the life of the party! His infectious energy and impeccable organization turned our evenings into memorable celebrations. He ensured that everyone, regardless of their singing prowess, felt like a star. Kayle’s dedication and enthusiasm truly elevated our experience, making our celebration even more special. Beyond the entertainment, the resort offered a plethora of activities, from water sports to gourmet dining, ensuring that every moment was filled with fun and relaxation. The staff’s was warm and welcoming!

This was my sixth time staying at beaches resort. The resort and the beach are so beautiful. My family and I stayed in the Key West village. One of my favorite things to do at beaches is the nightly entertainment shows. Every show is always so much fun to watch. Everyone in the entertainment team is also super talented and very friendly. I'd like to shout out some members of the entertainment team that were absolutely incredible to my family and I: Dismary, Katherine, Jerina, Yenifer, Eric, Julio, Andis, Isidro, Romario, Ronaldo, Christina, Mariela, and Soraha, Kenton, Remone, and Andrico. I met a couple of the entertainment members mentioned above on my previous trip a few years ago and they remembered me. Everyone on the entertainment team is so talented with what they do and genuinely kind! There are also so many great restaurants at this resort with lots of food options. Some of my favorite restaurants to eat at are Soy, Mario's, and Bayside. I also love going to Café de Paris whenever I am craving something sweet. The mac and cheese at the mac truck is also a favorite. Vierge has always been kind to my family and I, on this trip and previous trips. They've also got some amazing pools and water activities. My dad and brother where learning how to sail with a hobie cat boat! The ocean is so beautiful! This resort is absolutely incredible! I've made such amazing memories from this resort and I cannot wait to go back!
