Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa All Inclusive

We just returned from Beaches Turks & Caicos. The trip started off rough — our first room in the Caribbean Village was very dated, beat up and right in a construction zone. After enduring that for half the trip we finally escalated the issue so that we were moved to the Seaside Village, which was grand in comparison. Full credit goes to Dionne from the Loyalty Team, who completely turned things around for us. She listened, cared, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Because of her, we’re now booked to return next year! Also, Sandra at the Excursions Desk helped us find the best snorkel trip ever with Caicos Dream Tours. The beach is absolutely stunning — the most beautiful water we’ve ever seen. There were always plenty of chairs, lots of pools, fun slides, and a lazy river. Food at lunch (Arizona) was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive, and dinner was good to very good. Drinks were quick service, though you need to ask for top-shelf and beer had few options. But we aren’t really drinkers and our daughter was more than thrilled with her mocktails. A few notes: there were some mosquitos, even in the room, and the entertainment was just okay (great for younger kids). Overall, though, it was incredibly relaxing, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

I highly recommend Beaches Turks and Caicos! From the first day of our week long stay, the staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the Key West Village and rooms were spacious, clean, comfy cozy. There were many restaurants to choose from, with a great varienty of menu options. The food we had in the restaurants were flavor and prepared to perfection. The beach was one of the best I have ever seen with fine white sand and clear blue water! If you want to be pampered, this the place to be. It is well worth the money! Special thanks to Orville Morgan for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!!!

Beaches Turks and Caicos is the best vacation ever. Family, friends, or even couples, Beaches has you covered. The snorkeling was beautiful and INCLUDED! The restaurants are all top of the line with the most amazing seafood you could ever eat! My kids love the water park and the surf simulator, spending most of their day in that area. The surf simulator coach Fabian was helpful and patient. I’m pretty sure my kids ate Bobby Dee’s cotton candy and food everyday along with the Mac n cheese truck! Our entire trip was taken to the next level with the ongoing LIVE entertainment of Romain and Andirco! They remembered us from last year! Andrico and Romain bring such a fun energy to the resort day and night. My kids and entire family loved them. We fell in love with Barefoot on the Beach dinning for breakfast. Toes in the sand while eating delicious food served by the sweetest server Kadian! Tye dye and music trivia by the pool was a blast for the whole family. We won a couples candle light dinner. Junior was the best bartender for the trip! He always had dress espresso for my martinis! Junior always remembered our drinks and served them up with a smile and a great personality!! We loved our trip so much that we already booked another on for next year! This is the best place to go if you enjoy good food, great staff, fun entertainment and fabulous scenery! This is our all time best place to go on vacation! We even had a special luncheon for being returning guests. I will always book with Sandals and Beaches.

Wanted to take a minute to write this review to thank the entertainment team of Beaches Turks and Caicos for making our stay fun and exciting. A special thank you to Eric, who is not only incredibly talented but also so kind and amazing with the kids – he really made our family feel welcome and kept everyone smiling. We also want to recognize Roshane, whose musical talent added so much to the atmosphere; he’s a fantastic musician and created such a memorable vibe every evening. A huge thank you for the server from Arizona’s restaurant, he was funny and provided the best service every time we went there. Thanks to these guys we’ve booked another trip next year so will see you then :)

My family and I will never stay at another Beaches/Sandals location again. Traveled to Turks in July 2025 (repeat vacation from 2024) with another family which we invited (based off a great trip the previous year). Booked at hotel prior to leaving and upsold us to a walkout room. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were placed in a room that had construction to the front, left, right, and back of the room and a two story fence with plastic scenery on both sides - plus construction workers could look directly into your room, the gate to enter the worksite was next to our room, heavy machinery would wake you up before 7am each day. When asked to relocate, we were told - had to wait several days until someone else checked out. The resort had pages of guests to relocate - so they will put you in these rooms for a couple days and constantly shuffle people. The initial room is not the same as any of the rooms on the website when you check in - extremely old, bathtub leaks, door does not lock on bathroom, does not have the same amenities - this website does not allow you to upload videos - but I will try to find another site for this. The front desk is horrible to deal with - they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you out of the lobby and away from other guests. My family and I booked the hotel 365 days prior and the resort did not inform us of the potential construction. I will use my word of mouth and the travel agents I work with to spread my experience. Words cannot adequately express my frustration with this place and the front desk workers. Management will hide behind the least qualified person at the desk and not deal directly with anyone. Horrible place.

This was my first time to Turks and Caicos and I decided to go with Beaches because it had a lot of stuff on the resort not to mention the all-inclusive, which is always the best part. When my party and I arrived there, the grounds were beautiful and the first people we met were great. We did have to wait between 30 to 40 minutes before we were able to get to our room and we did check in at 3 which is the time you were supposed to check in. Once we finally got to our room, we definitely noticed right away the smell. It smelled musty. It wasn’t the best smell. We definitely noticed a lot of things right away. The room definitely needed a lot of updates, it was very run down. We have been to other places around the world paying way less and had a lot more in the room and definitely was updated with the time we are living in. We were told we were gonna have queen size beds and instead, they were full size beds. The decor was not bad, but for the money we paid everything should’ve definitely been updated. One of the beds the bed post was broken. And you can tell this, not only by looking at it, but by seeing that it was crooked. There was also definitely not a lot of outlets. By the beds, there was only two outlets one on the side of one bed and one behind the other bed. This was a very expensive trip. Each person paid just slightly over US$4000. There was no balcony And we stayed in the French village. I did speak to another guest who stayed at the Caribbean village and they said the same thing about their room that it definitely needed to be updated. The good thing about the resort was that there was a lot of places to eat, and the food was OK. Some places the food was amazing and others was just OK. The service on the resort was not what I expected because about 98% of the workers definitely did not look like or act like they wanted to be there and they weren’t the friendliest. A lot of them had attitudes and that kind of ruined the vacation for me and my party. At the end of the day if you don’t like your job, find another one or just fake it because we spent a lot of money to be there and if it wasn’t for tourism they would have nothing. The 2% that were nice they were amazing and did smile and interact with us. They were amazing. They were friendly and really cared so thank you to them.What was great was that they did have golf carts that a driver drove us around if needed to get to other locations on the resort because the resort is big and for myself and someone else in my party we have a lot of back issues so that definitely helped. There was a couple of times where we did have to ask for toilet paper because they would only give us one and with four people in the room 1 was not gonna cut it. Another thing that was weird and has never happened to us before was that there was no pen or paper in the room which we needed and we had to go to the check-in lobby to ask them for a pen and paper and they gave us one of their pens and computer paper.
