A group of us stayed for 3nights. Suites are clean, spacious, beds are comfortable. Amenities are nice, large fridge, coffee market, patio…. Restaurant on property. Cafe’s for breakfast 10min walking distance on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here in June and found it to be a well-managed, modest property. The room I had was a fairly spacious studio, clean and comfortable, with a good mattress and effective air conditioning. The rooftop pool was a nice feature, and the place has a relaxed, independent vibe overall. I appreciated how straightforward the check-in and check-out process was. Receptionist Jenny was responsive and professional throughout. Parking was close to the room, and the hotel is just a short drive from Grace Bay beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Good job, people!

It’s attached to the absolute bestttttt restaurant on the island, Mr Grouper. We stayed 5 days and ate there about 5 times, we loved it! The microwave in the room didn’t work and there’s room cleaning every other day. But otherwise great! Small and quaint.

For a budget room, it was perfect. Realizing I was saving thousands or maybe tens of thousands (compared to Seven Seas or Rotz), the facilities were perfect, pool was adequate, and everything was fine.

The owner/manager is very nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean. The attached restaurant was DELICIOUS!!!

They canceled my reservation less than 3 days prior to my arrival, and did not call or notify me. They clearly must have overbooked themselves. I spent almost an hour looking for emails and trying to figure out what happened. Offered me a room for one night at a much higher rate. Room had missing door knobs and was less than expected for the price. Not a great location and lights from nearby parking lot are bright and on all night long. Manager works a couple hours a day, never got a call. They accused me of canceling??? So I cancel, then show up all excited and screw myself over? This place has No accountability at all. Ended up paying almost double, ruining our vacation. Avoid this place. I wouldn't stay there if they offered a free week.

You have to pay a $300 holding fee (which you get back once your stay is over) once you arrive they don’t tell you that when you book..You have to call several times to get fresh towels and rags .. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet kept clogging up everytime you flush the maintenance ppl out and fixed it..
