As a person who travels a lot I can't say a bad word about this hotel. The quality of food, kind respectful and helpful staff, transfers etc... I mostly recomend transfer with Denis. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. Hotel also has got a great location. On the premises of the hotel there is a beautiful beach in the bay.

I am very impressed with my stay at the Royal Paradise Beach & Spa hotel. Great service, room cleaned every day, delicious cuisine. The beach in the bay is wonderful, atmospheric. The hotel has a shuttle to Potos and Limenaria, the driver Denis is the best on the island!uuuu

🌟 2/5 — July 2025 stay (10 days) Beautiful location and clear sea, but this is not a true 5-star hotel. 📶 Wi-Fi unusable (1.62 Mbps). 🦟 Wasps everywhere – beach, bar, restaurant. 🌊 Limited sea access (only 4 narrow entry points). 🔊 Constant garden noise from mowers and blowers. 🧹 Cleanliness average, far below expectations. 🛏️ Spa unhygienic, stained towels, staff don’t speak English. 📞 Reception unprofessional, not helpful. 🏖️ Beach staff = untrained students, kind but not skilled. 🚫 Non-hotel guests allowed to use beach & bar. 🏓 Ping-pong table broken. 🏃 Gym: treadmill out of order. 🍽️ Dinner decent, breakfast poor. ❌ Hotel management ignores issues during stay. 📌 Summary: Looks like 5 stars, feels like 3. Disappointing value for money.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the entire hotel had a fresh, well-maintained feel. Staff: The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Location: The hotel's location it is ideal only 2km to Potos town with free transport from the hotel if you wish some shopping. Room: Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great sea view. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Private beach with free sun loungers. Free beach service.and many facilities.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service from Denis, the manager. Very big plus for me was the charger for the ev car

Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig mit wundervollem Blick auf schimmernde Meer. Die Mitarbeiter leisten einen professionellen herzlichen Service. Es ist deutlich spürbar, dass Ihnen das wohl Ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Angefangen mit Chrissa an der Rezeption welche den ersten Eindruck des Hotels positiv verstärkte. Dennis, zuständig für die Guest Relation hat mir geholfen die Perfekten Lösung für ein Geburtstagsgeschenk zu finden. Er hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und wenn etwas nicht wie geplant lief hat er direkt Lösungen gefunden. Efthalia die Masseurin hat mich ausgezeichnet massiert. Das Spa war sehr schön privat, besonders das Hammam war angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Jacuzzi schön warm. Das Essen und die Getränke waren frisch und lecker. Manos der Barkeeper hat uns fröhlich unterhalten und gute Tipps gegeben. Allem in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
