"Not as described...The atmosphere surrounding the accommodation is like an abandoned hotel. Grass and trees are overgrown and not taken care of. Not worth the price...Inside the room is okay, but in the middle the air conditioner isn't cool...Out door bathroom behind the trees is overgrown, lots of mosquitoes, the toilet is clogged and doesn't flush well."

The neighbors are very friendly. It's opposite a market, making it easy to find food, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely stay there again if I have business in the area. There are security guards on duty 24/7, so it feels very safe."
