We visited this property after being there 20 years ago. Still a fab property. Staff exceptional. Place requires a lot of repairs and I am sure they are on to it. The only thing we were very upset was - about our drivers accommodation and food. A GRT run property DOES NOT provide food or not even a cup of tea. The accommodation provided had serious issues with mosquitos so our driver slept in the car. The location of the property was away from shops and other accommodation so to have a cup of coffee our driver had to drive a fair distance. I escalated this to the management mid way of our stay - of course the answer was we will do it sir - but absolutely nothing happened. We plan to be back again as we like the place. But if this is not improved we will reluctantly look for alternatives.

Hôtel très agréable un peu excentre mais reposant. Il n’est pas luxueux mais confortable les chambres donnent sur le jardin avec un balconet. La piscine est très grande et très propre le restaurant est bon enfin le personnel souvent jeune est extrêmement dévoué. Seul point faible le wifi fluctuant.

Very clean rooms, hotel staff very friendly and provided top notch service, traveling alone, I felt very safe , beds were comfortable to sleep , beautiful views of the vennar river from the balcony including the sunrise and sunset , they have planned activities like bike riding, trail walk for interested folks, will definitely comeback

Hotel completamente immerso nel verde, direttamente sulle rive del fiume. La nostra camera, grande con un bel terrazzo vista fiume. Il ristorante offre un buon buffet a cena e a colazione. Nel pomeriggio viene servita una piacevole merenda dolce o salata. Tutto lo staff gentile e disponibile.

The rooms were spacious, but a little tired. There is a nice sized pool, but the tiles are very slippery inside the pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner is very average . At dinner they served only Indian food with no other options. The room was very clean. Bring bug spray because there are a lot of mosquitos in this area.

The location of the resort is nice, Rooms and bathrooms are good size. We had enjoyed the Verna and tabla concert very much, The food was good but staff were slow in service. I have mixed feelings about the resort. Loved the location but rooms and hallways need upgrades.

We stayed in a riverfront room which was nice and large (room 303) and would thoroughly recommend paying a little extra to have the River view. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Buffet dinner was tasty and varied, but breakfast was very much Asian with little choice for those with a Western palate. The hotel is in the countryside so transport needed to go into town.

Very good Location and the rooms are very big including bathrooms. You get good Swaminarayan food as per the order and Chef will make it. Breakfast needs to be enlarged so that there is variety. But overall the location is very good and you can chill and relax.
