"The resort photos on the booking platforms is not reality. Shame! We cannot even breathe in the room because it was so dusty, dirty and dark. Curtains were blotchy and dusty. You can hurt your butt on the sofa because you can feel the wooden boards below so precaution when you sink to relax! Sofa was of course dirty too so the resort covered it with a cloth that was extremely filthy and probably never washed. We had to live with that for a day and can’t wait to check out! The bed springs were all broken and there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The sink drain as well as shower floor was clogged and they solved by making holes through the wall in order to release water outside as shown. Can you believe it? Built-in structures were slanted and breaking apart. TV had a few like 6 blurry channels since there was no digital box so we had to watch digital TV from our tablets only. Ad photos of resort showed a digital TV box so it’s lying. It was the worst trip we ever had and it was more expensive than booking 2 newer rooms in front of the beach in Cha Am. Small pool, no fitness at all. We come to think that the good reviews without photos here are fake. The staff apologized us for the shabby furnitures and run down place & rooms and said that the photos on Agoda and other platforms are not updated and all rooms are nearly expired for use so are exactly like what we got. It’s a scam. Booking sites please check."

"Our stay at I Love Phants Elephant Lodge was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and incredible wildlife. Watching elephants wander freely around the property throughout our stay was a truly magical experience that we’ll never forget. One of the real highlights was spending time with the founder, Edwin. His passion for elephant conservation, wealth of knowledge, and inspiring vision for the project are remarkable. It added so much depth to our visit and made us appreciate the incredible work being done here even more. We stayed in one of the villa bungalows, and it was absolutely worth every penny. Waking up to two elephants peacefully standing just outside our villa while we relaxed in our private pool and garden felt surreal—it was one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments that simply can’t be replicated. The wildlife tour was fascinating and really showcased the vast scale of the reserve. Alongside the elephants, we were lucky enough to see tigers, leopards, hornbills, otters, and so much more. The guides were, as always, incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and happy to answer every question, while all of the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making our stay unforgettable. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for somewhere truly unique that combines luxury, conservation, incredible wildlife encounters, and unforgettable memories, I Love Phants Elephant Lodge is simply spectacular. We left inspired, relaxed, and already planning our return. Highly recommended."
