Completely an disappointment, no wifi, missing shower gel and a broken TV in the room... I have had better breakfast in motels than that place...100% not recommend it...

This place needs help! It’s overpriced for what you get! TERRIBLE fitness center - rusty old treadmills, missing weights, no TV. It looks like they just threw everything in a room so they could say they have one. Mediocre breakfast with hot OJ. No wifi.

The front desk/staff was nice. Opening the elevator on third floor spelled like urine. Floor in bedroom was dirty, sticky. Very disappointed in Marriott.

Stayed in room 325. Room was OK. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Housekeeping did not service our room during our entire stay. We were given fresh towels on the 3rd day but no room servicing. The hallway on the 3rd floor had an odor that smelled like urine. Probably because pets are allowed to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. They acknowledged my Lifetime Titanium Elite status but did not offer any bottled water or snacks. The experience was OK but definitely could have been better.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Texarkan, TX. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, that is the only good thing about staying here. We went to the 4th. floor as soon the elevator opens it was 2 fan in the hallway because the A/C was not working. Not what you expected from a Marriott brand. Getting to our room the carpet was dirty, the walls in the bathroom by the sink had finger prints for what I tthink was make up fundation. There were no soap bar and/or body wash, when we called the the front desk, they informed us the the delivery truck have been not on time for 3 days, no solution was giving to us. We were a party of 3, and only had 2 towels, we requested 1 extra towel and waited at the lobby and the lady told us they will bring it to the room. 10 hour later nothing, I called again and the front desk lady told me to go downstairs to pick it up because the housekeeping were not there yet (8:30 am) My husband went, and the towels looks like it was not washed with a strong smell at grease. 5 min later than my husband arrived to our room, the housekepping lady opened the door without knocking, what I consider an invation of our privacy. Tha carpet of the room was dirty, it was a unpleasant smell in the room. I won't recomend this hotel to anyone. This is not Marriott quality hotel.
