Very small rooms with inadequate soundproofing in the walls. Anemic shower water pressure. Passively aggressive “friendly” night clerk boarding on creepy. Very rude breakfast staff turning off breakfast area power at 902 am even though people were at the counter getting food. Apparently waiting a couple of minutes wasn’t an option for the staff nor using their words like”I’m sorry I have to close this down now”. Either option would be preferable to the barge in shut it all down ignore the customers thing they did do. Common areas not vacuumed. Walked by the same debris in the hallway each day of our stay. Clearly this hotel was designed by corporate with every cost cutting feature imaginable. From the ikea-like wobbly “furniture “ in the rooms, lack of insulation in the walls to the rather silly over reliance on labeling everything with “friendly” banter (nothing makes me happier than reading the lettering on the wall mounted squeeze nitrile of hand soap on the bathroom wall to learn that “soap saves lives” or the vinyl lettering on just about every surface in the lobby and elevators telling me I was in for an “awesome” stay. Mattress was good but everything else seamed like it was designed for 13 year olds. Think a cheap rendition of a Disney budget interior cruise stateroom and you have this place. No thanks.

Clean and affordable Nice and clean and near buc-ee’s and surrounding restaurants and liquor store

I have rare Lifetime Diamond Status with my Hilton Honors account (I travel A LOT). We stayed here for 2 nights over the Memorial Day Weekend visiting extended family. The room was clean and functional. Cedric, the Front Office Manager, was extremely nice at check in and any time she saw us. We would definitely stay here again. PS-nearby there are many good dining and shopping options.
