"After a long search for a family room for the Heroic, we find this hotel. There are 2 rooms available from the telephone contact, confirmed on October 5th. Excellent reception, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms and excellent shower. Note for breakfast: they knew we were going early and at 6 pm they made us find everything ready! Let's hope to come back next year!!"

"I called a couple of times from abroad to ask for some information, and they were very rude. I was trying to find out if our 4-year-old daughter, who sleeps in our bed, needed to pay as an adult, and they very rudely told me they couldn't do anything other than top up for an additional person and that I couldn't book the studio, without even waiting for my subsequent questions about the facility and activities. They hung up on me. On the second call, someone else answered, and again very rudely told me they didn't know what else to say and tried to hang up. I had other questions about the facility and activities, but they told me I didn't necessarily have to book at their facility, which makes me understand that children aren't very welcome. Truly rude and impolite."
