"We stopped late at night. They offered us external rooms, saying they were "a bit dated." We had specified that we had small children. The datedness isn't a problem; they're dirty. The hallway, the elevator, the room, and the bathroom are all dirty (including the copious amounts of silverfish partying in the tub). Dated furnishings are one thing (and in an emergency, I'm the one who adapts first). Dirt is another."

"I called a couple of times from abroad to ask for some information, and they were very rude. I was trying to find out if our 4-year-old daughter, who sleeps in our bed, needed to pay as an adult, and they very rudely told me they couldn't do anything other than top up for an additional person and that I couldn't book the studio, without even waiting for my subsequent questions about the facility and activities. They hung up on me. On the second call, someone else answered, and again very rudely told me they didn't know what else to say and tried to hang up. I had other questions about the facility and activities, but they told me I didn't necessarily have to book at their facility, which makes me understand that children aren't very welcome. Truly rude and impolite."

Its precious advice on what to do in the surroundings, on trekking paths and on local restaurants has made the stay even more pleasant and authentic. She is always ready to help with suggestions on all aspects of the stay, from activities to day-organising. A very special added value was breakfast: every morning we enjoyed the desserts made at her house, prepared with care and passion, served on the porch in the garden. The hotel is a magical moment that made the start of the day even more pleasant. The structure is clean, comfortable and ideal for those who seek relaxation and contact with nature. I strongly advise this B&B to anyone who wants to live a regenerative experience in a beautiful place, with a really unfaithful hospitality."
