The road into the hotel from the main highway is very rough with numerous pot holes and is a good kilometre in length. The hotel is on one level with all amenities in close proximity to each other. There is a small bar in the area which doubles as the restaurant where breakfast is also served. The food is adequate but nothing special. The hotel is in need oif renovation. The outside area has two, supposed, hot spring pools with a large patio surrounding them. The sunbeds are old, having wooden slats and no cushions so you would not want to relax on them, and the whole area is tired and does not seem to be cleaned that often. There is also an indoor pool. The rooms are also in need of refurbishment. Bathroom fittings need completely replacing. The hotel is a good 15 minute drive outside of Salto so you would need a car to get around.

Lugar muy tranquilo, buen desayuno, los platos del restaurant.son muy buenos hay variedad, las piscinas buena temperatura y muy limpias. El cuarto espacioso, buenas camas y el servicio de aseos muy bueno. Lo que mejoraría es que reparen los azulejos del fondo de la piscina de afuera, para no lastimarse.

Hotel con buena limpieza y atención, algo antiguo necesitaría una puesta a punto pero nada que moleste al momento de alojarse. Las piscinas excelentes y brindan la posibilidad de utilizarlas a toda hora. El restaurante a pesar de ser tercerizado debería contar con un menú un poco más afinado en cuanto a calidad y precio ya que se ofrecen platos sencillos que si bien no está mal los precios resultan algo elevados. Mas allá del entorno exterior qué es muy agradable, el camino de acceso al hotel está en mal estado. Reservamos una habitación con living y el sillón que había además de ser bastante antiguo estaba muy usado y percudido. Era igual a los que estaban en el área común del hotel, quizás lo sacaron de allí. A la habitación le hace falta una actualización, renovar la ropa de cama y agregar Kitchenette. Los pasillos son muy fríos. El restaurante: reservamos promocion de desayuno y cena incluidos, el jugo de naranja a pesar de estar en Salto, no tiene buen sabor y no es natural , la variedad en el desayuno no es mucha y hubo diferencia entre lo ofrecido en sábado y en domingo, los productos eran más frescos y variados el domingo. En la cena pedimos platos con carne bien cocida y vino muy roja adentro. Con la experiencia de la carne al dia siguiente pedimos un parrillero además de esperar 45 minutos, casa vez que el mozo salía a controlar el parrillero, al abrir la puerta del comedor se enfriaba todo el espacio esa sería una cuestióna mejorar. La carne nuevamente vino poco cocida a pesar de solicitarle varias veces que estuviera bien cocida. Y no era de buena calidad a juzgar por la dureza de la misma. Son cuestiones que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas considero no debería de pasar.

Excelente instalaciones y trato del personal. La piscina al aire libre que debía estar templada siempre estuvo fría, la interior bien. La higiene excelente , la gastronomía (aunque acotada) en buen precio. Creo que la pandemia los afecto y a la apertura todavía no se habían puesto al día. Es un excelente hotel que otros años nos dio mejor servicio.

Siempre es un placer visitarlos. Volvemos cada vez que podemos y tenemos un tiempo para descansar. Muy muy recomendable!!! Desde la entrada hasta las chicas de limpieza unas genias. La comida es muy rica y los postres 💯 recomendables!!!!

He ido muchas veces y siempre encuentro tranquilidad, buena onda, descanso y buena comida. con Mi familia cuando vamos a ese lugar no buscamos mas que eso "desenchufarnos". Los precios estan bien, las piletas son muy buenas. Mucho Verde. Si sos muy exigente y te perdes en los detalles, no vale la pena que vallas.

Lugar calmo, familiar e encantador. Piscinas com águas termais, restaurante e atividades para as crianças. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Nova direção está de parabéns. Recomendo. A cidade de Salto merece uma visita. Com certeza voltarei.
