Un buen hotel, el personal en general es excelente, salvo algunos mozos, a los que les falta entrenamiento. Este año hubieron muchos jejenes, no mosquitos, y en las piletas aparecian abejas en ocasiones, habia que tener precaucion. Fue detacable la labor del personal del Bar de la pileta, El Cortijo, sobre todo Sara y Marcia por su siempre excelente predisposicion; Daiana y Costanza de la pileta para mayores de +18, muy dedicadas y gentiles; y Héctor mozo del restaurante del Hotel Comedor, muy amable, educado y rápido. Creo que el personal es la base del renombre de éste Hotel, más allá de que los horarios de comida, son un estrechos y muchas veces el cumplimiento no es tan estricto, como se debiera exigir para horarios tan estrictos. El buffet frio es excelente, la carta de comida prevista para el dia, es algo estrecha, debe destacarse la calidad de los insumos, que resulta fundamental.

Fantastic holiday in a truly remarkable hotel. The facilities are excellent, the food is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. 100% recommended, excellent for families. My parent used to take us children to Los Pinos as a young family. This year we decided to come back to the hotel for a special celebration after 15+ years, and it was as good as ever, if not better than we remembered.

El hotel esta buenisimo, no dudo en volver. Todo excelente, la atención, la animación, las instalaciones, todo genial. Destaco que tienen muy buena comida y encima muchas opciones son gluten y aptas para celiacos, con mucha conciencia. Lo super recomiendo.

Todo excelente, muy buenas canchas de padel, instalaciones en todos los ambientes muy cómodas y de primer nivel, personal sumamente atento y predispuesto, comida con muchas opciones para todos los gustos, todas las noches organizan eventos para integrar a los que lo deseen, amplia carta de bebidas, etc. 100% recomendable.
