Me and my girlfriend spent the past weekend here, and we absolutely loved it. We loved the location, hospitality and surrounding area. My girlfriend loved the spa, and would recommend it to anyone that’s in town!

Terrrible experience, one day we had no water, WiFi works intermittently and bad, today not hot water, after the complaints no one gave an answer. They charge a price of a SPA it’s totally a scam. The property is a bit outdated. The water didn’t flow easily in the showers. The cable didn’t work. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey for the area. The staff were very accommodating and helpful!

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact ******* for resolution, upon contacting ******* they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

Do not stay here, there are WAY BETTER OPTIONS. Disappointed is an understatement. Now I know why they charge in advance, I would have NOT stayed if I had known. It is ridiculously expensive for what it offers. Rooms are old and phone did not work (plus no signal nor working wifi in our room), spa looks/feels dated, but the real downside was the experience. It was FILTHY, chairs broken, common bathrooms (restaurant, pool, spa) had not been made in days, room service at least 2 days old left on the floor, the solarium was broken and chairs were wet, we had to beg for them to set the pool beds for us to sit and talk were we waited for 3 hours without anyone asking if we wanted towels or anything to drink. Kitchen was OK, breakfast service which is the only thing we had. The spa therapusts were really good, but the place felt old. The view is incredible, the garden welt kept, but filthy (animal poop all around), the fountains were a an unkempt green color. It was NOT WORTH IT
