酒店是坐落在瑪御谷温泉小鎮裏的樓房裡，這次帶娃是住的一室一廳一廚一衞的房型，衹有一大床，但客廳沙發是一個梳化床，管家給加了被子，陽台有泡池，廚房設施齊全，有車位有電梯，小鎮環境不錯，配套設施齊全，好幾家店的菜都做的不錯，旅居的氛圍感很濃，全國各地的人都有常住的，周邊遊也很嗨，可以去東山草原騎馬，去北海濕地公園划船，去中國的小冰島黑魚河看黑色峽谷和看獼猴，小朋友玩的很開心

這次來騰沖瑪御谷旅遊，入住南境民宿是最正確的決定！房間佈置温馨雅緻，細節處盡顯用心。泡在露天温泉裏，被熱氣氤氲包裹，身心都得到了極大放鬆。服務人員熱情周到，隨叫隨到，從入住到離開都安排得妥妥帖帖，下次還來！

環境衞生不錯，服務態度差，不解決問題，房間帶私湯温泉，但是沒有水，使用不了。第一個入住的晚上就反饋了私湯放不出水，前台回覆説用的人太多可能沒有水了，第二天給了一張會所温泉票，然後晚上10點左右準備去又被告知時間太晚已經關了，連住了兩個晚上本來打算再住一晚，私湯温泉用不了説換房間，因為我們帶了狗説是換房間就要再付200的寵物清潔費，我們入住第一天就付過一次，前台也説住幾天都是收200，酒店私湯温泉用不了是酒店的問題憑什麼我再付一份錢，詢問相關人員換房間事宜説他們協商一下，然後一個小時左右也沒有任何回覆，知道我們退房走了後也沒任何消息，態度及其敷衍，也不解決問題。私湯用不了跟沒有有什麼區別，妥妥的欺騙消費者，還亂收費，明明自己私湯温泉用不了還要消費者另外出錢換房間，完全是欺詐，避雷。

設施：沒有空調，冬天的夜裡還是有點冷的。房間裏有取暖器和電熱毯，睡在屋裡還是挺暖和的。床品和其他的配套用品都不錯。
扣分在擺渡車實在不好等，非自己開車的出行過於不便
環境：整個度假村的環境挺好的
衞生：房間還是比較乾淨的
