公寓酒店，我住的這套與圖片不符，看起來就是長租客包月租那種，衝著温泉池定的，結果晚上根本就沒水。離市區也很遠，基本沒有外賣。

臨時決定在古鎮住一晚，在停車場碰到老闆，跟我們介紹這家，我立馬在攜程看，隨時攜程上看起來房間一般，環境一般，但老闆人很好，我老公去現場看了覺得很好，所以還是決定訂這家。第二天我們過去古鎮，老闆到停車場來接行李，到酒店後大吃一驚，整個酒店很復古風，小院安靜整齊，還有看書喝茶的地方，樓頂的休閑區也非常舒服，在樓頂可以看古城。一家人都很滿意。

1. The merchant is suspected of fraud: We wanted to experience a hot spring room in Tengchong, so we called one day in advance to confirm that there was a hot spring. If there was no free cancellation before 12 o'clock the next day, then I would definitely cancel it. The merchant said that it was available, and if it exceeded 1 ton, I would cancel it. Calculated at 30 yuan. As a result, there was no water at all when we checked in. After communicating with the merchant, they were only willing to pay 30 yuan in compensation. This is simply outrageous. If there is no hot spring, is your house worth more than 1,000 yuan? Is it the 30 yuan difference in my water bill?
2. Service rubbish: The unit number was given wrongly, which caused our family to drag the suitcase twice!
3. Facility waste: paper towels are standard in fly restaurants, and there is no paper; the faucet is broken and is not maintained; there is no air conditioning, so an electric heater is provided, and it will be extremely cold; can a broken cattail leaf fan be used as a piece of art?
Summary: Rubbish, very rubbish, the worst rubbish I have encountered during my travels in recent years!
