酒店座落在一片別墅區，道路設施完善，安靜，空氣超好。室內外設計的很有禪意，用品也都講究品質。温泉不限量，泡完皮膚很光滑。工作人員都很熱情得體，尤其是小胖，從還沒出行就開始幫忙規劃，還很負責任的推薦靠譜的包車師傅，餐廳，值得信賴。來騰沖還會再選這裏。

在攜程找到的，住了幾天，房間都挺好的。每天都有提供下午茶，服務很用心。比如：幫忙安排行程，而且有特意做了一次客人提過的巧克力蛋糕。

春節出行本來期望最高的是三宅一界，結果最失望的也是這家。環境沒得説，衞生也很乾凈，但是服務真的太差了，到酒店門口，沒有人幫忙拿行李，服務員普遍不怎麼熱情，早上吃飯的大廳太冷了，有壁爐也沒有燒，大門敞開着，帶寶寶來吃飯很冷，早餐很一般，做的很花哨，吃起來很一般，整體入住給人的感覺一點都不温暖，衹是一個睡覺的地方。酒店的內部管理很差，所有人都在應付差事，這個價格對應這樣的服務和入住體驗，我覺得不划算。

公區可以看出來老闆花了很多心思，也有最好的下午茶，湯池也很好，水和浴鹽都很棒。不過還是提提建議，可以看出來是為了經營調整的加了床的房間，有些基本的功能還是應該調整補充，至少一個沙發和minibar還是應該有。

這家酒店的設計風格完美的長在了審美點上，工作人員都很熱情友好。因為旅途中誤食導致胃疼求助酒店工作人員，很快做出反應並準備好了白粥。住在這樣的酒店非常安心，五星推薦！
