酒店坐落於半山腰，自駕過去的話車子停在古鎮停車場酒店會有電頻車接送，酒店有包晚餐但是覺得一般般，早餐也一般般不難吃但也沒有特別好吃，😸😸😸覺得外面的小食更好吃一些，
服務：大堂的服務感覺不是很專業，人很多但是感覺服務意識不太強。
環境：大堂餐廳看出的景色很不錯一大個開啟窗很出片，很適合在這裏拍照，小朋友的話要注意看管不然容易掉下去。
泡池在房間室外陽台，會有一些蚊蟲小動物的打擾，蚊子到沒有但是有很多其它飛蟲，介意的要慎重

房間非常乾淨舒適，東西配備的很齊全，早餐、下午茶和晚餐都很好吃，工作人員都很細心和熱心地幫助我們。酒店有提供和順古鎮的遊覽地圖，跟着走可以少走很多彎路，還能幫忙安排包車，遊覽遠的景點。整個宿舍體驗非常好，泡温泉也很舒服。

實在是很喜歡這家民宿，可以説是超出預期。位置在古鎮靠西的位置，上下山有電瓶車接送，比較安靜，視野絕佳，樓上就是網紅椿野咖啡，早上十點可以去蹲無人的網紅機位隨意創作。但有一説一，房間裏呆著更愜意。就民宿這個環境、服務、餐食，我可以一直呆在民宿裏不出去，完全沒有感受到國慶長假的擁擠喧鬧。另外值得一提的是民宿的服務，來來去去就這幾個工作人員，所以大家都能清楚的記得客人的習慣、喜好，隨時都感受到温暖和熱情，幾乎是有求必應。已推薦給身邊的朋友。

非常非常滿意，下次來還是會選擇温瀾香池，不管是環境、衞生、設施、服務各方面都很好。首先服務非常好，提前幾天酒店就聯繫並專門多對一建了羣，提前詢問好有小朋友就提前準備了小童用品。老闆到機場接機後，因為太早想去熱海，就直接送過去了並且在我們逛完景點後接回民宿。回到民宿後因為等待入住，才坐下就送上了小吊梨湯。因為定了晚餐每天都會詢問幾點用餐並提前準備好，太多了説不完，另外還貼心的把我們送到下一個民宿，孩子集章卡片丟了，老闆貼心地説等空閑去幫孩子搞一個寄給我，感動，總之整個過程都是很貼心，真正的賓至如歸。環境方面，不得不説太符合我的審美了，裝修風格太贊，孩子也很喜歡，衞生也很可，第一次看到酒店馬桶套是一次性貼的，必須點贊。酒店房間在古鎮比較高的位置，就在椿野咖啡樓下，打卡拍照完全不輸網紅咖啡店，晚上非常安靜，聽着蟬鳴泡着温泉看着夜景，整個節奏都慢下來了，總之各方面可圈可點，很好住。

很值得推薦👍房間符合宣傳的照片，並沒有誇張美化，房間設施齊全乾凈衞生。最值得誇讚的是店內的服務人員，熱情周到親切，衹要坐在沙發區域就會送上熱茶，最讓我印象深刻的是店內的餐食，我住了三天，每天的早晚餐都在店內食用，我個人覺得比外面好吃。唯一需要注意的是因為位置比較高出行會有一點點不太方便，但工作人員會貼心開着小車接送，大家不需要顧慮這個問題。非常非常推薦。有機會再來騰沖我一定還會再次入住❤️

酒店的早餐、下午茶、晚餐都非常精緻，據説達到了米其林標準。早餐有過橋米線、中式、西式等多種選擇，最愛餌絲。晚餐有手抓飯、銅瓢牛肉、熱海土鍋子等當地特色美食，而且每天不重樣，讓食客的味蕾盡情享受。
位置優越：酒店周邊交通便利卻安靜舒適，離古鎮的各個景點都不遠，如中天寺、財神殿、千手觀音古樹羣、雙虹橋、文昌宮、小菜街、野鴨湖等，方便客人遊覽。
