Easy booking process and clear instructions regarding room keys . I had an upgraded room with a sea view, tea n coffee making facilities, large clean bathroom with fresh towels. I think the location is brilliant ,beach , town ,pubs and restaurants all within a short walk . To sum up good value, good location, clean and tidy a bargain for £80 . Thanks to Graham and team .

Had an absolutely brilliant week with Graham and Gabrielle, lovely hotel, great value for money and fantastic welcoming and friendly hosts. I have no idea where some of the below poor reviews come from but please disregard, Graham is one of the loveliest people youll ever meet and nothing is too much trouble for him and his lovely wife who produces the most amazing breakfast. Graham is in the process of updating the whole hotel and is doing an amazing job. Brilliant location in such a lovely resort. We will definitely be back and hopefully very soon. Thank you Graham and Gabrielle for a lovely break and look forward to seeing you soon. Andrew and Karen

It was clean but no shower mat or hand rail the bathroom tilted from left to right making it very unsave getting in and out of the shower

Very good location, beautiful views/walks literally across the road!!! a very short walk into Tenby center. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options hot/cold. Room a good size with complimentary coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Beds comfortable. Would definately return!!!

Great stay.
Very good breakfast. Rooms very pleasant and comfortable. Refreshment tray was good. Bed and pillows very comfostable. Great spot overlooking the sea.

Just returned from a lovely overnight stay. The room was lovely, with a great seaview. Very comfy bed. The cooked breakfast was made fresh to order, it was very good. The lady serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return, as we love Tenby and the location is perfect!

Great views from the bedroom. The only problem was lots of stairs but it was worth it for the sea view!
Very good location, a leisurely 10 minutes walk to the train station and right next to the town walls and overlooking the lovely South beach.

Good location nearTenby centre, beach and parking.
The hotel is in a great location not far to town centre but fairly quiet at night. But inside sound proofing is poor and you can hear all your neighbours- which means they can hear you!! Clean bathroom, nice towels, nice bed. Breakfast was basic.
