Soweit ganz ok
Zimmer war so groß das man gerade um das Bett herum gehen konnte. Ich bin kein Freund von Teppichboden der Hygiene wegen. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng und ich bin schlank. Es gab 1 große Flasche Wasser 👍. Tv war groß und man konnte ihn zum Bett drehen. Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Außenanlagen sehr groß mit viele Möglichkeiten für Sport und spiel, ideal für Familien. Frühstück reichhaltig aber 2 Kaffeemaschinen zur Selbstbedienung zu wenig für so ein großes Hotel

Einige Pluspunkte, gerade für Kinder, zb Kino, Kettcar ausleihen, viele Spielplätze, Indoorspielplatz, Schwimmhalle, etc. Umgebung ist super schön! Service ist super, alle Mitarbeiter waren stets offen, kommunikativ und super lieb! Uns sind aber leider einige negative Aspekte aufgefallen... - Frühstücksbuffet- Qualität leider wirklich nicht gut, Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt, alles "abgepackte" Sachen, kaum Frisches, so gut wie kein Obst. - alles sehr überfüllt, sehr laut, zu viele Menschen auf engstem Raum für unseren Geschmack. Größtes Minus: das "Familienzimmer", welches diesem Titel GAR nicht verdient hat. Es sind zwei vollkommen in die Jahre gekommene, abgegrabbelte Mini- Zimmerchen, welche durch eine schwere,doppelte Metalltür verbunden sind. Das ist kein Familienzimmer und haben wir für den Preis pro Nacht als wirklich unverschämt empfunden... Dazu war das Zimmer leider schmutzig, die Teppichleisten lösten sich überall, Haare auf dem Boden, spartanische und alte Einrichtung, schimmelige Fugen im Bad und unangenehmer Geruch. Zudem konnte man sich im "Bad" kaum umdrehen, so klein...

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da etwa ein paar Renovierungen vertragen (Schwimmbad, Speisesaal etc.). Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Unser Zimmer war okay das Bad war aber sehr Klein.Frühstücksbuffet war gut Abend Buffet zufrieden stellend.

A colorfully painted block building, a bit outdated facilities. Quite a lot of entertainment for kids: pool, disco, cinema, excursions, playgrounds. Rooms are small, a very narrow shower cabin, a tv hanging not in front of the bed, but somewhere on the side. Clean. Overall it was a good experience for a weekend. Unfortunately Therme Templin are closed until end of June, otherwise it would be a reason to stay in town longer.

Das Hotel war mega voll! Das Abendbuffet war sehr leer bei der 2. Tischzeit! Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, keine Betten gemacht, nur die Handtücher wurden gewechselt!

Die Anlage isr weitläufig und für Kinder echt toll. Allerdings ist das Essen dort extrem schlecht. Fleisch und Fisch werden sowas von tot gebraten. Gemüse ist völlig geschmacklos und für die Soßen werden Unmengebn von Glutamat benutzt. Das Buffett ist groß und das Rührei idt eine Fertigmischung. Allerdings ist positiv, dass es ein extra Konderbuffett gibt. Der Pudding und die Götterspeisen sind völlig geschmacklos. Die Duschen in den Zimmern sind winzig und für große Menschen nicht geeignet. Allerdings ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann dort übernachten und frühstückrn. Das Abendessen sollte man aber ausderhalb einnehmen. Im Sommer ist das Strandbad ein echtes Highlight.
