Property and room was very clean. Had a great experience overall minus one day at the front desk. The gentleman refused to give my elderly mom water bottles. He said it was for priority guests, he needs to be replaced because other days the staff gave us water everyday.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the absolute worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Staying here for 6 nights and have yet to receive any housekeeping services whatsoever. We have asked 3 different employees, one was a housekeeper one door down from us and she said we were not on her list! Manager Lee Ann was absolutely no help whatsoever. She offered me 10k HHP and to have someone come immediately and yet no one has come. I would love to show photo’s of my room, which is disgusting. Garbage over flowing, after emptying it several times on our own, towels all over our floor. Thinking that housekeeping would be coming. Then had an employee to deliver us some clean towels, never knocked on our door before he entered and said that”he didn’t know anyone was in the room”. Every employee we spoke with was very unwelcoming and we felt uneasy. The only exception was the breakfast staff. Nobody should have to feel this way while staying at a trusted brand hotel. Decent
Stayed at the hotel because our electricity went out. The room seemed updated and they were very spacious. Looks like the room was being updated still or needed some renovations.
