Our flight delayed due to mechanical reason. We called the hotel with evidence of the delay but they didn’t allow cancellation. So we paid but didn’t stay.

The new bartender, Ethan, is great! He really knows his stuff and he makes you feel like family. I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. The improvements to the restaurant and lounge make this a great place to stay.

Great hotel in Tempe for anyone coming for an ASU game/event. We traveled for a recent game and there were so many restaurants and even the stadium in walking distance. The price was great, especially for an event weekend, and our room was so spacious and clean.

We have stayed at VIB several times this summer, due to work project in town, it's been a great place to stay, the location is excellent, you can walk to many restaurants, shops and Whole Foods down 2 blocks. The staff has always been super nice and friendly and always nice to come back and see them. The rooms are smaller, but that doesn't bother us, they are efficient and we manage just fine. I like the desk area behind the bed (in some rooms) good space to work, if you need to. The Taco shop in the Lobby is pretty tasty and we've eaten there a few times. We will probably be here a few more times in the next few months and we look forward to staying here.

Nice hotel with some flaws
Parking it's not free, and they didn't tell, although there were signs outside it was confusing because it was the first time in my life that the parking at a hotel isn't free. This was a big turnoff for the hotel. Then the hotel was out of electricity for an hour. Then the electrical sockets in the room weren't working well.

I know that it would be a pretty hefty cost, but the rooftop bar is in really bad shape. Nobody is up there. There’s no bartender up there. There’s no misting system. There’s no cover from the sun and the view is amazing. It’s a waste of a great view.

Hotel was clean and nice and close to restaurants was a good choice for what we were doing, was in a location that was close to everything.
