In the morning, you can see many ASU students going to school. The hotel facilities are very new. The breakfast is rich. It is also very quiet at night. The parking lot is large and convenient for travel

I like that it was near the stadium we needed to be at. However the pool was not kept, I’m a certified pool tech and I can tell the pool was not serviced in a long while. It was very murky. Also the breakfast bar was subpar. Wasn’t as nice as it looked in the picture when I booked. Lastly there was a sewer smell coming from drains in our bathroom. The water was also slimy. The beds felt like uncle festers bed in the Addams family movie. It felt like you just sink into the mattress. Overall was an okay stay.
