I had a great stay at the inn the staff was kind and accommodating. I was traveling alone and felt totally safe as a younger woman being here. The location was great for walking around Mill Ave, ASU and there is a Whole Foods and CVS on the block. The room had everything I needed, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. The owner was very kind and you could tell she truly cared about the guest and their experience. I would stay here again!

Everything about University Inn, in Tempe, AZ, is phenomenal: the rooms are so cute & clean, the beds & pillows comfortable, & the staff so kind. It’s right off of Mill Avenue, however with the AC running (or, during the winter, with the heat on, I’m sure), you can not hear any road noise. Highly, highly recommend staying here, & we definitely will stay here again. The lower price/night, combined with how cute & comfortable the rooms are, & how personable the staff is, is all so much better than the huge high rise hotels just down the street.
