Tempe Mission Palms, A Destination by Hyatt Hotel

This hotel surprise me! I love the area since you can walk the city, mountain, and beautiful lake nearby. It located in downtown with cafes and shops. I like that it has EV charger, free shuttle to airport, and colonial european feel in the garden which is an oasis. I would stay here again next time I am in town.

Great hotel within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My room was spacious and clean and I loved being able to open the patio door to have the air come in and hear the fountain in the courtyard. Restaurants were good as well. Would stay again.

I'd give this place a 3. It was a great stay but there is room for improvement. Staff was soooooo friendly. Everyone was welcoming. The valet guys were the best!! And parking is free, they work on tips. The courtyard was gorgeous. I could just sit and hang out there and be totally happy. The hotel was in a great location and made for easy access to everything. Hotel restaurants were good. Service at the restaurants were amazing, especially the man at Harry's Place, wish I would have caught his name. We had walk out rooms to the pool. Rooms were decent. The rooms need new rugs though, there were cigarette burns all over. Our friends had a similar room and their rug was the same. AC didn't work as well as it should have. The fridge was so loud it kept me up at night, I finally just shut it off! Housekeeping was lacking. Housekeeper cleaned our friends' room everyday but only cleaned ours once. And we noticed that they would literally skip over us. Friends asked us if we were tipping and we hadn't because we would have left a fat tip at the end, but instead we left nothing because housekeeping kept skipping over us and only serviced our room once. Pool was ok but could have been better if they heated it. Pool was freezing. All areas around the pool have a terrible fly problem! Flies everywhere, it really ruined the vibe. There are two hot tubs. One day the one hot tub was disgustingly dirty. On 2 separate occasions there was a smell of rotting fish when we walked out to the pool area. Have no idea what that was about. I would probably stay here again but they definitely need to do something about the flies.

Beautiful hotel! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and smells fresh. The grounds are well maintained. The bell staff are great! They took us to see the hole in the rock on one afternoon after our meeting concluded. Also easy, walking access to several restaurants.

We've stayed multiple times. Best hotel to stay at in Tempe, especially if you're visiting ASU. Perfect for family weekend. Clean, well kept, beautiful grounds. Lots of amenities, and staff is remarkably nice

Conveniently located, the shuttle service to airport is excellent. The courtyard at the center of the hotel is an oasis in the city. The rooftop swimming pool is perfect with great views of the hills and sunset. The food was better than expected.
