What a great stay! We owe a special thank you to Jamaciana at the front desk. She welcomed us in, and saw the size of our party (4 of us) and worked to see if there were any upgrades she could get us. And she did! We had ample room to spread out and relax after a long travel day. The breakfast staff was amazing as well. Great food, lots of options, and it was kept full all morning. My daughter slept through breakfast and I bought some cereal for her later. The front desk got me some milk without me even asking for it. The staff at this hotel is top notch. The rooms were clean and I would stay here every time we're in the Phoenix/Tempe area. We had views of the ASU stadium, parking was easy, dining options were nearby. It has it all. One thing that could be improved on (No one is perfect), the air filter in our room was crazy dirty and should probably be changed. Even with that small thing, this is the perfect place to stay.

Staff was awesome and went out of their way. We were there on Easter and they put on a little egg hunt for the kids. Nice little touch that we all appreciated. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Shout out to Jamaciana for her help getting the perfect room for our stay.

Jamaciana is a legend for helping me upgrade my room. Super happy with it. 4 not 5 stars because my euro mind cannot fathom the American breakfast. But they have yoghurt bananas and ice coffee so I'll survive. Pool on topfloor is chill, nice view as well, convenient parking lot.

The property was very nice and the staff was amazing! The rooftop pool was incredible with magical sunsets. My kids loved it and we will definitely be back again soon.

Excellent service from the reception to room daily house keeping. All the receptionists were great especially Jamaciana that had a contagious smile and laughter always. The only thing I would recommend is to have a secure Wi-Fi with a secure login for hotel guest only. Using a free Wi-Fi that was accessible to everyone was scary, giving the rate of scammers developing new techniques to access people's personal on daily basis.

The Residence Inn was very clean and I love the the 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. I will definitely will book again at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located across the tram. We took it to Chase field for a baseball game. Nice and fast ( 8 stops ). Area is very safe with lots of shopping and dining option. The roof top pool was a hit with the kids. Room was clean and very big. Parking in the garage adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. Will stay here again.
