I saw such great review for this hotel and I booked it as an platinum elite . Sadly it was way under expectations . Front desk was decent but the room is what warranted this review . It was vertigo dirty . Tons of hair in the bed and towels and the sink was disgusting. We had to clean it our self . So much hair found in our bed. Luckily we brought Lysol to disinfect the bed . Breakfast was average be the cleanliness of the hotel was terrible . I would not recommend this hotel as it felt like a motel . As a diamond elite we have always been taken care of but this hotel I would never recommend to anyone as their cleaning standards were poor

Great Hotel!
Great hotel choice! Very clean and well kept. I saw people cleaning inside and outside consistently. Breakfast, WiFi included was an awesome touch. The staff were very nice and always greeted us.
Not far from everything and there are enough food places in the vicinity.

Bad experience
Very dirty, the smell in the rooms was horror, the sofa destroyed.
The breakfast was good!
We had to wait like 30 Min for the check in to be ready at 8 PM…

The thermostat did not work at all, the following day after I checked in maintenance guys came to replace the unit, took a few hours. The main guy was super nice but I was freezing all night, couldn’t sleep. They only have old time USB cable cable charge ports.

This hotel is conveniently located on jefferson street. Even though check in is quick, they dont give you a map of where your room is or how to get to it.

The room was big and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I thought breakfast was more than adequate. The location and parking was convenient.
What I didn’t like is that we were told that they had light housekeeping every day of our stay. We stayed there for three nights and we never had anyone come to clean up the room. We were told by two different employees on two different occasions , including a manager, that the rooms would be cleaned and they never were. It was very frustrating and disappointing. Especially when you’re told that something is going to be done about the problem and it never was done the whole time we were there. Very unhappy with this aspect of our stay.
