Checked in early to a room on the 3rd floor, unpacked and then found the tv didn’t work, pack up all our stuff and get moved to the 1st floor?
The faucet water stunk like sulfur, wood floors suck and the breakfast offerings were terrible. To say the least I will not stay there again.

Hi, I stayed at the La Quinta in Temecula on November 16, 2025, and I’m reaching out about two rings I lost during my stay. I left them by the sink in my room. The rings are: • A silver adjustable ring with a heart • A gold graduation ring with a dark purple stone, engraved “Grand Canyon University” Could you please have housekeeping re-check the sink area specifically? They may have slipped: • Behind the sink • Into the gap between the wall and counter • Onto the towel shelf underneath • Or gotten caught on the drain stopper These rings have a lot of sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. Please let me know if there are any updates. Thank you so much.

Terrible manager. Rude and unhelpful. This is my first review ever about a hotel - and of course, it's bad - because the manager was awful.

This property was undergoing a renovation which we didn't find out about until completing our reservation. Crews seemed very precautionary to not inconvenience travelers. Rooms are very generously sized. My criticisms would be that an additional mirror needs to be added to decor as it is difficult for two people to be getting ready when the other needs to use bathroom where the only mirror is located and that turning left out of drive can only be accomplished by u-turn as no light is present to make a direct left turn and everything seems to be left.

Very clean and loved the free breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were comfy and we had a really nice stay Came for a family wedding. We would stay again

Directly on busy fwy. Traffic noise all night long. Hard, uncomfortable bed. I had requested a quieter room 2 months before and at check-in. They said they cannot honor those requests, it's just about the random availability at your moment of check-in. Very uncomfortable, noisy stay.
