Jen was amazing. So friendly and fun. Jen let us know about the area and informed us on the menu, which was so good. Jen also let us pick the channels made it hard to leave. 5 stars for JEN. would definitely recommend Embassy to my friends. Jen Jen Jen

I came to Temecula for a cover assignment with my fire department and stayed at the embassy suites, really nice place and relaxing the breakfast was awesome and the bar was even better. JEN the bartender there was a sweetheart really nice and professional and got our drinks right away and had good selection. Definitely recommend this hotel if your in Temecula .

The room was very dirty with a lot of wear and tear. There was a large red stain on the a/c grill that looked like food, but the manager said it was a rust stain from the a/c when drips of condensation into the room onto the floor. The chair arms were worn and discolored. The pull out bed/couch was extremely uncomfortable with a bar or wire poking you. There was mold in the shower. The refrigerator was broken and not balanced. The replacement arm wire was too small and would not hold drinks in place. It too was not balanced. The patio screen door was kicked in, and the mesh was flapping in the wind; the entry door was damaged from a cleaning cart. The bathroom sink was dripping water. The windows were dirty on the outside and had smudges/fingerprints on the inside. They claim the hotel was just renovated two years ago. That is BS. It appeared to us that the room was probably used as a storage room or for some other use. When we complained, they said they would get us a discount, which they never did. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I STAY IN A HILTON PROPERTY. I would be happy to send you the video in case your onsite manager says otherwise, but the file is too large. One star is being generous.
