Jen was amazing. So friendly and fun. Jen let us know about the area and informed us on the menu, which was so good. Jen also let us pick the channels made it hard to leave. 5 stars for JEN. would definitely recommend Embassy to my friends. Jen Jen Jen

Absolutely disgusting hotel (should be motel) experience. Room is filthy, extremely Outdated, and falling apart. Do not waste your time or money. staff is not approachable or helpful in anyway. Very limited services hotel only stay if you’re desperate for a free Denny style breakfast. Be prepared to stay in a room with stained, ripped carpet and mold in places. Also if staying multiple nights be prepared to have your room key rekeyed every time you leave your room and then to be talked to like your 5 yrs old and don’t know how to store your key in purse so it doesn’t happen. No accountability. Sleeper sofa in room is like sleeping on barbered wire and main bed is supported by large metal cans which you can hear them collapsing as you sit or lay down. Honestly a best western or no tell motel would have been better. Management does not care about the upkeep, customer service or gratification. Desperately needs new management or ownership.

My wife and 2 sons went with me here. The wineries are about 30 minutes away. Hells kitchen about an hour. The pool area was nice and had games. Staff was nice, they saw I was disabled and were helping me at the breakfast area. The rooms were 9k, my son's both said they prefer homewood suites. I would stay here again with just my wife. There is not too much for kids. Breakfast was OK for free.

Room was good for families, not really big, but separate room from living room. Room was simple, nothing elaborate and could use some updates. AC is loud, but gets really cold which was nice. Location was great for downtown Temecula and price was good compared to other big named hotels. Breakfast is free and had a decent spread for its patrons.
