Lovely clean room. The bus stop qas right outside which made our trip so easy. The restaurant was nice. We had a massage chair in our room too and it was really nice. The shower was hot clean and a good strebtgh

The location is in Teltow, about 30mins drive to Berlin downtown.
And the ground floor of hotel is the restaurant and bar. So a bit noisy if you are a sensitive listener.

The staff was very friendly and understanding and allowed free-of-charge late check-out. The room had a good heating/cooling system but no kettle. Very satisfied overall.

Wij hebben onlangs vier kamers geboekt in dit hotel in Berlijn. Tot onze teleurstelling werd ons bij aankomst meegedeeld dat vroeg inchecken een toeslag van 50% van de kamerprijs zou kosten, terwijl ons dit vooraf telefonisch nooit was gemeld. Wij hebben drie keer gebeld en bij elk gesprek werd ons niets verteld over deze extra kosten. Na een lange reis van 7 uur vanuit Rotterdam was dit een onaangename verrassing. Tevens werd er voor alles extra een toeslag gevraagd. Wij verzoeken het management om transparanter te communiceren over dergelijke kosten!!
