"This hotel is just beside golfcourse, so its ideal for golfplayers. Rooms are nice and clean, and most of them have nice view to golf course and mountains. Beds are good, but there is no minibar in room. There is also a swimming pool, but is very cold in wintertime! Hotel is small and quiet. Wifi was weak. Breakfast was served in next building and it was ok. Service was friendly, but first receptionist did not found our reservation, which was bit odd."

"We were treated poorly over the phone when we called to clarify a question about our stay. First of all, you should be polite and courteous when answering a call from someone you don't know who has booked a stay. Second, every stay should have a minimum level of service since you are offering and charging for a service, which, incidentally, doesn't have a TV. But this gentleman couldn't respond the way he did (you come here to disconnect, tell your husband to watch the football at home). It's not a correct or respectful response because I don't have to justify anything about my stay, sir. Therefore, we automatically canceled the reservation because obviously no one deserves that kind of treatment. If you were having a bad day or that's just how you are, you'd be better off doing something else and not dealing with people publicly. I hope this helps someone because a potentially ideal stay could be ruined by a rude person."

"The beds moved easily, expensive for the quality it has, the bathtub was small and old along with the curtain, the dust was not clean, very poor soundproofing, the superior room instead of a sofa had an extra bed that was very uncomfortable for sitting, the treatment of the staff, the location and the size of the room is excellent"
