This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

This is a brand new hotel located just across from the Port area of Tel Aviv The rooms are tiny ( no bathtubs ). If you need to use the bathroom at night the light shines in your partner’s face The breakfast is ok but do not expect any decaffeinated coffee, nor jam for your bread The towels in the room are frayed , the sink was plugged. We complained to management and did not receive a reply The folks at the front desk are helpful with cabs etc Isrotel can do a lot better

Perfect spot for TelAviv -clean, great breakfast friendly and helpful staff - we had a view of the sea and balcony - so with it - will return
