The Carlton Tel Aviv

The staff was extremely helpful, and courteous. The room was clean. And the view was beautiful. The breakfast was second to none. And I have been at many hotels in Israel. And eating while contemplating the sea provided a great start to the day. And the location can't be beat

The Carlton's staff and facilities were exceptional with the ocean views and placement next to the marina. Close for walking to local shops and restaurants to eat yourselfsilly. I highly recommend the Carlton when planning a trip to Tel Aviv!

My stay at the Carlton Tel Aviv was outstanding! The hotel is beautifully situated on the Tel Aviv beach. We had perfect weather. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The N'espresso coffee maker was a welcome addition. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a great view of the boardwalk and the water.

When reviewing an hotel it is all too easy to highlight the issues that cropped up during one's stay. Stuff happens, but that should not be the scale by which one measures the establishment. In my opinion the true measure of a hotel are the management and staff and how quickly they react to put right the issue(s) I have been a long time customer of The Carlton and upon my recent arrival there was an issue with a senior member staff of a company who operated a concession within the hotel. I must compliment the Carlton reception team that evening, not only for listening, but for how quickly they handled the matter and the steps they took to put matters right. We usually stay at the Sheraton, but stayed at the Carlton for 2 nights in order to attend an event. The rooms are nice and a lot of them have been recently renovated and the bathrooms are beautiful. The hallways feel as if you are on a cruise ship and the breakfast room is outside the hotel in another structure and about 10 stairs to get up to. The breakfast is beyond wonderful; there are so many yummy food to choose from. In order to go to the beach, you have to walk about 5-7 minutes. There is no swimmable beach in front of the hotel.
