Cannot recommend for business travel
The hotel and the amenities were OK. But the staff…
The first thing was that I had e-mailed them the address that I needed for the invoice twice before checking out. I also spoke to the receptionist to ensure they had received it and would include it - only to find out afterwards that they had not. When I asked them to please remedy their mistake, I was informed this wasn’t possible. They ultimately found a way to include it, but only in a way that will cause issues with accounting on my end.
I had also left a pair of Bose headphones on my desk in the room which I had closed. I noticed this when I got to the airport and informed the hotel immediately via mail and phone. Three days later, I was informed that ‘nothing was found’ in a tone that suggested very little ownership of the situation.
