I loved the hotel and the service was perfect.
Negative point:
The main restaurant was not open on Friday.
I was unable to eat at the pool bar due to the opening hours on Friday and Saturday.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv many times over the past 14 years, and the Concierge Club Manager, Mazal Zoari, is one of the best I have ever encountered at any hotel property during my travels throughout the world. Even before I check in, Mazal knows when I am coming, and she will always reach out and let me know when my room will be ready and whether I have an upgraded room due to my Marriott status. Mazal and her incredible/loyal team are second to none. I always look forward to returning to Tel Aviv where Mazal always makes me feel like I am part of her family. Todah rabah to Mazal and the entire team at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv!!

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel. Rooms are really nice , breakfast with many choices. Location is right by the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Staff are wonderful, especially the lovely Janice. The executive lounge is superb and the restaurants and fitness center were excellent. Kudos also to guy and Adan. I had an oceanfront room, which gave me a beautiful view and sunset every day. James

A delightful stay .. Sheraton has been modernised. Room was very comfortable .. great shower .. very comfortable bed, and a room facing the sea. It was easy to swim in the sea each morning. Breakfast, whether in the Club Lounge or Succah was most enjoyable. Pool is a good size and ideal for a swim to cool off.

Perfect hotel, location and service. Highly recommend to families and couples. Renovated rooms alongside excellent food and breakfast. Gluten free options for those with allergies. Highly recommend for a visit to the city or a relaxing break.

The hotel is beautiful and newly renovated. It's right on the beach. We had the most spectacular view from our room and the dining room! Rose Ann Svetlana and Mary Anm took such great care of us in the dining room! Great service and delicious buffet.

Service was amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Great location with clean comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible and 18th floor lounge was first class. Will definitely return on my next visit. To the Sheraton staff a very big thank you.
