Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv

We really enjoy our stay in Sheraton Tel Aviv. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Especially the staff at the club, Mazal Adam, Maria and Elena are so welcoming helpful and caring. They make you feel like you are the most important guest in the hotel. We very much appreciate their hospitality, and recommend staying here.

The stay was amazing! The hotel utilities are great, the pool is very luxurious, and everything you need is there, from sunscreen to towels to shower and sunbeds. The food is amazing, both in the breakfast which was delicious and in the lounge that is the best place in the hotel. But what goes above all is the service. Everyone cares so much about us having the best time. We were celebrating a birthday and graudation and received champagne and cake to the room, everywhere we went everyone wanted to make sure we receive everything we possibly can. Mazal, Elena and Adan were really what made the vacation what it is, being so generous with us and making it the best.

My stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for—not just as a guest, but as a friend. I especially want to thank Elena, Adan, Mary Ann, Mazel, Marie, Marlene, and Alex, who each went out of their way to make my time here unforgettable. Whether it was a warm smile, a thoughtful gesture, or help before I even knew I needed it, they made me feel completely at home. Their kindness and attention to detail turned a beautiful hotel stay into something truly personal and special, and I will always remember the warmth and generosity I felt here.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Grand in Tel Aviv for 4 out of the last 5 years. I’be come with my wife and with my four kids for vacation. We typically stay in Israel for a couple of weeks visiting family around the country, but we always make it a point to spend 5 nights or so at the Sheraton. I love museums, archeological excursions, keeping, hiking, the old city, kotel tunnel tours, and just being in Israel. But the time at the Sheraton Grand is always special. Across the street from Frischman Beach means early morning and Sunset swims in warm refreshing water. Plenty of people watching between the boardwalk (tayelet), and a good mix of kosher food and non-kosher food. But the cherry on the top of the sundae is the executive lounge at the Sheraton. I travel for work and I have built up decent (but not amazing) Bonvoy status. I’m always able to book a room (usually with points) to get my wife and me access to the adults-only lounge. There’s amazing food in Tel Aviv, but I eat a majority of breakfasts and dinners for free in the lounge. Gorgeous view is the sea, clean, adults only, and there is food and drink available all day with. You’ll see businesspeople, newlyweds, “oldsters,” from all over the world. I love my kids, it this as a no-kids space keeps it quiet, clean, and relaxing. It actually feels both welcoming and exclusive. And that’s really due to the staff that I’ve been able to get to know over the years. Mazal, Maria, Anastasya, Adan highlight the expert hospitality staff that genuinely seem to want you to have a great time. When you go to a place that feels special you genuinely miss the folks who make it special when you leave. And finally, the security staff at the pool doesn’t mess around. Many readers may be familiar with hotel or resort pools where hotel guests get to the pool at 8 am and drop towels to reserve chairs that they won’t be at until 10:00, then bring all their “cousins” in and dominate the pool all day so you can’t relax with your family. The Sheraton has none of that! They check room lists every time you go to the pool and you have to prove you’re a guest everytime (again, the staff is quick to recognize you after a couple visit). May sound like a hassle but it’s WAY better than having the pool overrun by non-guests. And the chair reservation thing doesn’t fly either. Cannot recommend this hotel more if you’re going to Israel, whether you’re Jewish or not. Regardless of your background you’ll feel at home.
