Good location, comfortable room Good location. Comfy bed. Good toiletries. The room was a bit dusty (bookshelves and window rails) and the windows need a clean. I stay again.

I just returned from a solo trip to Tel Aviv. I stayed at the Brown Seaside by Brown Hotels. The Brown Hotel Group had acquired and renovated an old hotel just across from the beach. The hotel did a very nice in renovating the hotel. The location is fair to good given it is very close to the beach but not entirely convenient for getting around town. My room had what they call a "city" view. My small window faced a nearby building so the room had very little light. The room lighting is very subdued, so it took time for my eyes to adjust to the room's dimness. The biggest disappointment was that breakfast is not served in this hotel. I was given a voucher to take to another Brown hotel several blocks away. The breakfast in the second, much larger hotel. is not something to boast about. Small amenities are also missing from the room. Just one example is the absence of facial tissues. My room and the hotel in general, are very clean and the staff are very friendly.
