A truly wonderful hotel Beautifully designed room and hotel, with a high level of style and attention to detail. The breakfast was lovely and generous, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The service was excellent — warm, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the hotel manager for the outstanding leadership and high standards that are clearly reflected throughout the hotel. The ambiance, the poolside, the location, the amenities in and outside the room! And the breakfast were just so good. Not sure what the other travelled was upset about. The location is great if you are busy with business, with touring, want to get around easily in the city, and country. Staff great too.

It's not value for money, and breakfast is not good. Their breakfast charges are worse, as 165 NIS is very high compared to other hotels.

Excellent hotel for city center--convenient to bus and light rail as well, walking distance to TLV Mall and more. rooms are well appointed, comfortable and the AC works great. My room had a little fridge and small balcony. One thing I have to say is that the cleaning staff is excellent and gracious--possibly even meticulous. And a big shout out to Barry at the front desk, who seems to be able to multitask with a smile and has a "can do" attitude. The weekday breakfast does not have a buffet but the weekend breakfast is great. there is a park behind the hotel and several kosher take out restaurants that are fabulous and operate on business days, Sunday through Thursday. The pool is small and on weekends it is very full but during the weekdays not full at all. There are great work spaces in the hotel. There is a safe room on every floor, but disappointingly, the hotel stores mattresses and carts in there so when a siren goes off and as few as six people are in the safe room, you are crowded, have to stand, and it is the one thing I wish the hotel had responded to when I reported it to the front desk. The response I got was, "well, you can stand in the stairway or go to another floor." Overall, had a wonderful experience at the hotel.
