Fantastic View and Wonderful Staff!
We had a brilliant stay. Our room had a stunning and open view. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and polite, making our check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommended for the view and service!

房間很大，前台服務很熱情一直微笑打招呼，幫我們拿行李去房間。我們預訂的是70平方的套房，窗户在房間外面的小陽台上，其實旁邊有一個45平方的小套房，有窗户並且還可以面對着外面的風景，讓我感覺應該更舒適和透氣些。住洞穴酒店就是會有牆上的灰會掉落下來，這點入住時必須要有心理預期，不然會覺得房間不乾淨。酒店位置位於烏奇薩爾城堡下方，並且是整個鎮的制高點，地理位置優越。早餐豐盛且衞生，9點後開始供應。

I stayed in the King Suite to celebrate my birthday. This room exceeded all my expectations. Firstly the staff are wonderful. Front desk young lady Eylem was really helpful and friendly, helping answer any concerns, bookings and for a good chat. I had to wait for a 2pm check in as I arrived early. But Uchisar Castle is literally on your doorstep and there are some shops to wander around or just sit and relax on the hotel terraces. The King Suite Room is spectacular, the decor and way it is presented is better than the pictures. The sofa and bed both comfortable. No problems with hot water/water pressure. Shower gels, shampoo/conditioner and hairdryer, teas/coffee all room provided. Room has a mini fridge too! This wasn't a problem for me, but the terrace is above so some people might find this disturbing. The balcony doesn't come with a completely clear view but that isn't an issue as there are always the terraces. I had breakfast (included), and dinner twice at the hotel and it was delicious. Really appreciated the variety of breakfast which i didnt expect and everything fresh. There's a few terraces here and if you're lucky, this is a great place to watch the hot air balloons. No complaints, just very thankful to the staff for a beautiful stay! Highly recommend.

My wife and I came here as part of our honeymoon trip. Beautiful place with great food, great location and views (you can see the Hot Air Balloons in the morning) and a great staff! Every staff member was super helpful and respectful. We definitely would like to recognize the amazing Eylem. She helped us to get everything we needed and to arrange our transportation. Really humble, professional and super kind. She made our stay even more memorable! We will definitely comeback. We fully recommend it!

We had a perfect experience at Dream of Cappadocia! Our children (6 & 10) enjoyed our stay- they got to know and loved the staff- played, ate incredible breakfast daily, and soaked in the views. Eylen at reception was welcoming, and soaked helpful- she arranged our hot air balloon experience (AMAZING) with Sky Way balloons- and ensured we had great excursions daily. This was the most relaxing and beautiful stop on our 5 week vacation- 10/10 recommended!
