The boss is very nice. You can see the hot air balloons from the room, which is great. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast was different every day and was delicious.

The room rate was 1000+ per night, but the hotel didn't make any changes after booking for three nights. I understand the difficulty of the hotel, but you can't just come to Cappadocia. The hotel is not in the town of Goreme, but under the Saucie Castle (I think that's the name). It's at a very high position, so the view is particularly good. Absolutely amazing experience with views to die for. It's a small boutique hotel but very premium. The owners are always around to help/assist with local sightseeing or baloon ride which for us rolled out cheaper than direct booking. Very highly recommend.

I don't understand now why there is such a high score,
1. Facilities: There is no enclosed terrace in the public area, and there is no hotel lobby or anything, it is all open air
