"Escape to the Himalayas” We celebrated my partner's birthday in this stunning resort, nestled in a picturesque valley amidst the majestic Himalayas. The property exceeded our expectations with its impeccable quality, comfort, and warm hospitality. The stay, food, and overall experience were truly top-notch. A special shoutout to Rajatava, who ensured our buffet experience was tailored to our needs. Megha, Subhash & Raunit at the front desk made check in and check out seamless and upgraded us to a valley view room. The celebration was made sweeter with baloon decor in our rooms and multiple cakes at different areas. This gesture was so personal and left us overwhelmed. Avinash, the singer with such a sweet smile and a beautiful voice sang for us at the high tea and breakfast areas ! The Loccitaine spa was the epitome of luxury. We indulged in a rejuvenating 90-minute spa treatment that left us feeling calm and relaxed. This vacation was everything we hoped for – quality time with loved ones in a breathtaking resort.

Really loved the property and the service by JW. We were really happy by the hospitality by the staff especially room dine in staff. There are many points in the property itself to just relax and enjoy the scenery. Rohit Pandey has been a big life saver in every problem we tackle. Quick and easy solutions were provided by him.

The whole hotel staff was really amazing and helpful. My special thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Narender, Ms. Megha and Ms. Deepika from the front office team for taking good care of me and my family. Waking up in the valley view rooms create an amazing experience but the rooms on the other side are not worth to stay within. The view during breakfast and high tea also is beyond expectations and the food options can bring a great joy to anyone from anywhere. The food and beverage team are really hardworking and will go extra for customer satisfaction. Location is not close to the mall road but still there are lot of activities within the property. The live performer was like a cherry on the cake.

I had the pleasure of working with the hotel staff during a wedding planning event, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The hotel team, from start to finish, was incredibly cooperative and supportive, which made our job much smoother. I’d especially like to highlight a few individuals for their outstanding contributions. Firstly, Pawan Kandari ensured that the entire check-in process was seamless. He was with us every step of the way and coordinated everything with great professionalism. Riya, who is an absolute sweetheart, went above and beyond by organizing a cake and decorating the guest’s room for their anniversary celebration. She handled everything with such efficiency and a smile, always ready to help with any request. Renuka and Raveena were also very kind and attentive, making sure everything was running smoothly. I would also like to thank Vivek, the night duty manager, for his support and assistance during our time at the hotel. I truly appreciate the hospitality and dedication of these staff members. I would love to return and work with such a wonderful team again, as they made the entire process so much easier and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone involved!

The hotel is really nice with amazing hospitality & some great views specially if it's raining the view from the hotel is spectacular..I would definitely visit here again, the breakfast spread is nice too, they really go extra mile to make your stay unforgettable and I would like to mention dhanjay & kailash from jw cafe who stood out & since I was with my baby they really took good care of our table,the guitar guy played really good rhymes for my baby,view from the pool was amazing & the staff specially the lady in the ladies washroom near pool area really helped me with the baby, the staff really go beyond to make you feel comfortable so overall it was a fantastic stay...

It was a great experience and all the staff was very courteous. The views from the lobby and everything about this place was fabulous. Specially Riamoni She helped us with everything and too special care of our needs as we were traveling with the infants. Shout out to her for her generosity and humbleness.
