Clean room, good service, nice ambiance at lobby and room. The buffet breakfast of mixed or fusion of Western and Persian provide a more balance mixed of dishes Sky lounge is fabulous and highly recommended for dining

As a frequent traveller to Tehran Iran ( every 3 month) I did stay at various 5 star Hotels in Tehran. However, the expectation to stay at Espinas Palace was very high, specially for the amount everyone is paying. Our Room had no windows, when I questioned them, they just told me only smoking rooms have windows. Rooms are very small and very not hygenic, old carpets, old toilet seats, very old bathroom. Regarding the staff, the Person at the elevator just questioned my mom and me ( anybody else could easily go into the elevator without being asked)if we had a room to stay at he wanted to know our room number, let’s do not forget that everyone needs a key to tap in order to get up to their rooms, when the lobby manager was advised he just encountered us , it’s for safety reasons!? Still didn’t get the point to have key taps to go up into the elevator if it’s not safe enough and why we were only questioned. Breakfast staff was very friendly, and the variety of specialties they offer is amazing. Overall, I had a horrible experience and couldn’t wait to check out the next day. Definitely don’t recommend espinas palace . Not worth it all.

The location it was perfect The place looking so beautiful But in the room, I receive it one King bed they give me some room They have two bed And TV not working And one Electric switch plac close to the bed, it’s not working.

Great hotel in Tehran, but high prices, Encourage the room service and the housekeeping staff to learn English for better communication with guests, or please hired qualified staff, the night shift staff in the room service less qualified in comparing with the day shift staff, I mean the staff who answer the phone and get the order. Thank you

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Sevice was not as per expections. Broken shower in the washroom and it was not repaired for 2 days. Make-up service was also not satisfying.
