Private dock with private covered boat slip. Screened in gaming area, ice machine and fire pit on ground level. Three beautiful screened in balconies. Private clubhouse with outdoor kitchen and pool. Card/poker room with nice gaming table. Ping pong, foosball, darts, and corn hole in the gaming area. Bath porch cooking area with 2 grills and outdoor cookers for your use. Newley re-landscaped and looking beautiful for the season. Great house We had a great time. Jennifer was easy to get a hold of for a question we had upon entering. The house was super clean. We loved the location and the 5 bathrooms. The ice machine wasn’t there due to the hurricane so we had to make few trips out for ice but other than that I would definitely recommend this house.

Ladie's Fishing Weekend The house is perfect for our group of 10 ladies 50 as each bedroom had its own bathroom, the living room area was roomy, and the kitchen was nicely equipped.The lower floor of the house had not been cleaned, so we did not spend any time on the porches or the game area.Communication with Jennifer was very good. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Scalloping The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 12 family members. There was a bathroom in every room and the two balconies were screened in plus the short walk to the dock where we kept our boat. The weather for the week was perfect for scalloping and we achieved our limit in scallops each day, we will be back and will rent this house again
