OMG!! This was the best family holiday we have ever had and we have had a lot of fun and adventures, but this one was out of this world! When we arrived at the resort we were greeted with a welcome song and drink, after which we had a tour and soon we all felt at home as though we were part of the family. The rooms were beautiful, clean and welcoming, the food was amazing - I needed to be rolled on the boat going home (not that we wanted to go home!) and the activities available were amazing and varied from early morning yoga on the beach, to paddle boarding, cultural visits, snorking, scuba diving and so much more, I would run out of space but I did enjoy the tea and home made cake every day! It was espsecially incredible one day when we were returning from a trip to the caves and the crew thought they saw the giant turtle, so they headed towards it so we could all see it and instead there was a pod of dolphins swimming and diving next to us, which was an incredible experience and something we will all treasure and remember forever! The staff are amazing, making us all feel so welcome, calling us by our first names when they see us, smiling and really happy and meeting all our needs regardless of what they are. In particular - Sheung is totally amazing and welcoming, keeping the place running smoothly and looking after her guests and ensuring that everyoone is having an amazing time - she works very hard! Joe and Massey (sorry if I spelt the names wrong!) were particularly patient and incredibly supportive when they saw me looking like Mr Bean on holiday when we first arrived, with my yellow lifejacket and flippers, standing alone on the beach as everyone else had gone off snorkelling and I was nervous and afraid to go in the sea. Massey came over, held my hand, led me into the water and before long I was enjoying looking at the coral reef and feeding the fish, something that I would never have had the courage to have done without their kindness an patience Vatas (again sorry about the spelling) took the children under his wing and looked after them, encouraging them to experience things that they would not have done. The children even got up early every morning to see the beautiful sunrises and walked with us along the beach at sunset! All the staff were like these ones mentioned but it has been so long, I have forgotten their names, but not their kindness and warmth. This is paradise on earth, with the most wonderful people working there - well worth a visit!
