Location was fantastic, room was fine, shampoo packet was opened in the bathroom and had made a mess of the side, and glasses needed a wash before we used them

A anonymous place to sleep with basic comfort, cleaning service poor (bed and bathroom not clean), check-in only via email / telephone. Complaints were not not answered by management

The accommodation location is great as right in front of the lake, however the rooms and amenities are old. The cutleries were not cleaned properly. No coat hangers and had put outerwear on the chairs or couch. The price was cheaper than other waterfront accommodations but I would not consider to stay again.

The room was well appointed, tidy, plenty of space and the bathroom was ideal. It is a little inconvenient to pick up the lock in front of the room door.

The hotel does not have a front desk, but it will send you an email around 12:30 on the day of booking to tell you how to check in. I booked a large and small twin room, which was very warm and clean. It's right by the lake and has convenient transportation. The parking space in the backyard is very large and can be easily accessed. It is a hotel worth collecting.
