We stayed here for 3 nights. A very beautiful hotel, which gives preference to everything natural in the interior and design. Here, even the boards with a request to clean the room or not to disturb are made of wood. We were given a huge room in a separate house. All the houses of the hotel have a view of the lake and the sunset. WiFi worked well. On the first day, we were the only guests of the hotel, then other guests arrived. The hotel has a large pool with a view of the lake and the sunset over the mountains.
Breakfast at the hotel is a la carte. On the first day, we arrived early, and then planned to arrive 15 minutes before the end of breakfast, but they called us in the room and reminded us not to oversleep. You can order everything from the menu. We liked noodles with vegetables, hashbrowns, black bread with nuts and omelets.
On the first morning, we booked a boat through the reception to ride on the lake. They rode us for 4 hours and showed us all the sights. In principle, 2 nights will be enough to get to know the region. If you took more, I recommend spending time by the pool with views. In the evenings at sunset, the rooms are treated against insects and additionally cleaned.
The service is top notch. They helped with sending a wire forgotten in a hotel of the chain in Bagan.
Of the disadvantages - in the region they burn something in the mountains and on the islands, so at night there is a strong smell of burning.
On the last day, we ordered a transfer to the airport, but the car arrived 45 minutes earlier than the specified time, and taking into account the flight delay of an hour, we sat at the airport for 4 hours without WiFi.
I recommend the hotel for a trip to the lake. I do not advise arriving at the airport early.
